His work is among the most specialized in the building trades and is in constant demand. Because of the individuality of masonry structures and the skill demanded in building them, the  bricklayer may look with pride 

upon the results of his labor. Bricklaying dates back to the beginning of civilization. buildings provide a viable record of the great civilizations of the past .The original craft of Masonry has endured the ever changing pace of human history, but Masonry systems and processes nevertheless have constantly evolved to meet modern building trends.
