Off Wikipedia, I am an English PhD student, primarily working in rhetoric, composition, pedagogy, and women's and gender studies, and I have taught writing for several years. I have a particular interest in second-wave feminist movements and manifestos, religion, and language. I am also interested in issues pertaining to donor-conceived people.
My other specific research areas include:
- Religion and spirituality
- Lesbian-feminism
- Manifestos
- Sexuality
- Language(s)
- Writing studies
While I use my personal investments in these areas to help contribute to Wikipedia, I am committed to rigorous citation of any and all information I add to any pages. My current Wikipedia goals involve improving citations, removing content that has no reliable source available to support it, and doing basic copy-editing along the way.
Pages I've created
editPages I have created are listed below. The first list is pages that are published; the second list is current draft pages. All of my existing contributions are here.
- William S. Haynes Flute Company, completed on my now-abandoned account, Daniedviv.
- Sex Is as Sex Does: Governing Transgender Identity
- Jewish Radical Feminism
- Joyce Antler
- Radicalesbians (ish? There was, in essence, a massive overhaul.)
I also intend to fill in some of the gaps for academics on Wikipedia.
