Patient Safety Movement Foundation(PSMF) is an non-profit Patient safety organization[Safety Organization], In 2013, [[1]] Founder, CEO, and Chairman Joe Kiani, in conjunction with the Masimo Foundation for Ethics, Innovation, and Competition in Healthcare, founded the nonprofit Patient Safety Movement Foundation with a mission to eliminate the more than 200,000[54] U.S patient deaths due to medical harm.
PSMF provides 18 evidence-based Applicable Patient Safety Solutions (APSS) to address the leading causes of preventable harm and death across the world. Healthcare organizations can access APSS without a fee to reduce medical harm and associated costs.
