Kristiansund Idrettslag was a Norwegian sports club from Kristiansund, Møre og Romsdal.
It was founded on 19 August 1919. Its main sport was track and field.[1] It used Atlanten Stadion and arranged the Norwegian Junior Championships in athletics in 1960, together with IL Norodd.[2]
