ISM Building at One Research Drive, is one of five buildings at Innovation Place ), which is a crown corporation of [[Saskatchewan] ] that has ranked been ranked in the top 50 employers in Canada for the second year in a row.[1]. It is an 80,000ft² two-storey building in Regina, Saskatchewan, located on the southwest corner of Research Drive and University Drive South (a secondary entrance to the park)[2]. The interior of the building currently contains a large amount of office space, along with a climate controlled computer space and a large utility bill mailing room.[3] The building was built in 1991 by the University of Regina, and was later sold to Research Park] ] in 2003 along with (2 Research Drive)|2 Research Drive for a total cost of $11.29 million.[4] Since its construction in 1991, the building has been entirely leased to the Information Systems Management Canada Corporation, a subsidiary of IBM Canada.[5]
