Bishop's Shield is a cultural contest between the Catholic Schools of the Dunedin Diocese, New Zealand. The four current schools that contest the Shield are St.Kevins College from Oamaru, Kavanagh College from Dunedin, St.Peters College from Gore and Verdon from Invercargill. The event is held annually rotating between the four schools for hosting rights. Competition events include Drama, Debating, Prepared Speech, Impromptu Speech and Scripture Reading.
