I hate online learning. Some people may not, but I certainly do. Personally, I am a very talkative person, and some people are also. In order to learn, students who may be more interactive, need more interactive lessons. When teachers plan their lessons based on GC, it tends to be more independent work, which is fine at times. But, it shouldn't be apart of our whole curriculum. Students need to have real and engaging conversations with their teachers, and learn key social skills. Personally, I absolutely love it when teachers have real conversation with the students. They actually teach, instead of posting an article and question doc on GC. All of my most favorite classes are ones where we don't use the computers at all. But, of course, this is my opinion, and this is an Argument Prompt.
I think old, traditional learning is the best way to go. Still, I like to take notes in class, even if it is on GC. We went from traditional, taking notes, and memorizing, to online GC assignments in all of 3 weeks. Now that COVID is starting to ease its way out of our schools, we need to start easing our way back to the way things were. If you really think about it, everyone who is successful in our society was taught these ways. Just think of all the people, young and old before COVID.
