I am just a newbie right now and have done a little reading about the etiquette here and the rules and regulations at Wikipedia. I am beginning to feel more enlightened thanks to some of the nice Wikipedians helping me here.
I am interested in helping with art related articles that need disambiguation, articles that need to cite more sources, and bringing alive articles on notable subjects that were deleted because there were no viable sources cites. I have worked on these articles to date:
I love art, make art, and collect art. I search for art on eBay daily or weekly and I have been doing so for over 3 years.

I plan on looking for notable contemporary artists to write about (neutrally of course), especially artists I know or I am familiar with and especially outsider or self taught artists. I am not setting out to write about those folks I like - I like most everyone I meet or read about who is an artist.
It's a huge task to find notable outsider artists, as by definition they do not always promote themselves and often are buried in their canvases and paints creating artwork. But I will find them if they exist. And I will watch interesting ones and be sure to collect notable info from verifiable resources on them until I have gathered enough to make an article. It's also a huge task to write about someone you know or are fond of neutrally. But it can be done. I greatly encourage help in my articles and even total rewrites if necessary to show a neutral point of view. I simply want to contribute material that is interesting to me and look for material that I would be interested in enough to dig for sources. I believe one can serve their fellow beings better when they have at least a minimum interest in the subject for which they serve.
Yes, I do sound passionate, because I am. And yes I can write with a neutral point of view. If I have the trusted and verifiable references, I invite my fellow Wikipedians to join me to write these articles and even to ask me to find another article to work on while they complete the one I started.
I am especially interested in powerselling artists who sell on eBay. I believe that selling over $1000 a month in paintings is worthy of being watched for future notability. I believe that eBay is a vehicle to notability just as selling in a popular gallery would be. I frown upon biased points of views that eBay is not a viable source for good art like brick and mortar galleries are.
I have another account that I set up sometime ago and forgot the username to it. I recently remembered it when I remembered that I had started an article on Taylors Island
