Bunheads is an upcoming ABC Family scripted television pilot produced by Amy Sherman-Palladino^[1] and starring Sutton Foster. Known for her success as the Gilmore Girls creator and executive producer, Amy Sherman-Palladino shared her excitement for the project stems from her own experience as a dancer.

Synopsis

Michele (Foster) leaves her life as a Las Vegas showgirl when she spontaneously gets married and moves to his quiet hometown. She takes a teaching job at a dance school run by her mother-in-law and the two begin to clash.^[2]
