Narumi Hidaka (日高 奈留美, Hidaka Narumi, born on February 25th, 1968) is a Japanese voice actress from Tokyo, Japan. She graduated from Kyoritsu Women's Junior College.

She is currently affiliated with Seinenza Theater Company.
