Early Life & Achievements

edit

Hein Ko Ko grew up in a poor family, living in a 23 sq/m apartment with his parents and sister. He faced challenges in funding his education and only attended distance education at Dagon University. Simultaneously, he was preparing for the ITPEC Exam and Oracle Java Associate Exam. After four years of attending distance education, he graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering from Dagon University. Due to his passion for technology, he received Excellent Awards from ITPEC and the Myanmar Computer Association at 18.[c] At 19, he was employed by NTT DATA, establishing international connections and raising over $16,000 through side hustles by the age of 20, fueling his passion for startups. During this period, he realized that in Myanmar, every youth has talents and goals, but often lacks the validation to believe in them. This uncertainty undermines their belief in their own goals, causing talented young people to miss opportunities to contribute to the country’s growth. Recognizing the need for low-cost, high-quality courses in Myanmar, Hein Ko Ko developed software to fulfill that need, called "Easy2Success."

Business Life

edit

At 17, Hein Ko Ko imported and distributed magic gimmicks and Rubik's Cubes from China to Myanmar. He founded "Brand Sight Myanmar" Digital Marketing Agency, which was later renamed "Pandora Digital Marketing" on July 30, 2023. He worked at NTT DATA Myanmar for 3 years and 8 months, completing 8 projects, including system development and data integration, in roles such as System Engineer, Bridge SE, and Global Customer Support. He established Pandora Education Center, educating over 300 students, and founded Pandora Technology, employing 8 people for web and software development.
