Crema al Pistacchio (Pistachio Cream), also known as Pistacchiella,
is a green sweetened pistachio and white chocolate spread originating from the Sicilian region of Italy. It is often used as a filling or garnish on pastries. In recent months it has become more known for its inclusion as an ingredient for the now viral "Dubai Chocolate".
