The Knockouts
editIn the Knockout Rounds, each coach can steal one losing artist from another team. The winners will move on to the Live Shows.
New this season, each saved artist from the Battle Rounds will go head-to-head in the first-ever Four-Way Knockout. Instead of being decided by the coaches, the Four-Way Knockout will be voted on by viewers. The winner will be revealed in the first week of Live Shows.[1]
Live Shows
editFor the first time ever, there will be only three weeks of Live Shows: the Top 17, Semi-Finals, and Finale.[1] The television audience will vote to save their favorite artists. The artists that receive the fewest votes will be eligible for the “Instant Save”, performing a new song. America will then save their favorite performer by voting on “The Voice” app or NBC.com. The artists with the fewest number of votes will be sent home each week. [2]
