This began (in 2006) as an attempt to secure a user page on Wikipedia.
I Make Things Happen (MTH) in life rather than Watch Things Happen (WTH)
and I certainly am not one to Wonder What The Fox The Bang Was (WTFTBW).
Sometimes I make small edits without signing in. Then I am "User82.3.66.177"
In reality (or my version of it) 82.3.66.177 is a [male] human named Wall domiciled in the Essex village of South Ockendon when not on board a narrowboat exploring England's creeks and ditches. My g-mail address and username are named for that village. My background is Irish with Icelandic, American and English connections. My interests include boats, books, bicycles, linguistics, outdoors, sailing, motor-sports and more. I am a skilled mechanic and [retired] specialist in the BMC A-series engine. As witness: in 1983 I proof-read the first edition of "Tuning the A-series engine" for technical accuracy and am cited within the volume by the author, David Vizard. With extensive experience at investigative research, particularly at un-earthing 'truth' (or my version of it!) to counteract 'spin' and attempts, by government particularly and control-freak individuals generally, in trying to bury or update 'reality' (or my version of it). The first Wikipedia article I meddled with was "Air Traffic Controller". (on the basis that I was one between 1964-1988)
