Welcome
editChances are, I shan't have time or motivation to make this particularly full, so please bear with the general lack of tidiness etc.
I operate on a "fair return" basis. Every time I take information from the Wiki and use it somewhere, I attempt to put in a similar amount of information somewhere else. Hopefully, I can keep this principle going.

Hymns
editI make no apologies for having started the hymn pages listed above. All three are public domain and all three have an important place in the (Protestant) Church's history. The hymnist in each case is an important character in church history, and for Luther, it is undeniable that this is his most famous hymn. For Watts, this is more debatable, but it's a contender for best-known and best-loved. For Wesley, it is far less clear, but I would wait until someone with a background in hymn appreciation could write a decent piece on Love Divine to go in there.
Furthermore, the precedent set here (as of 01-02-05, section 11.8, regarding the IMDB) would indicate that a WikiHymnal need not be in breach of present policy (not that my desire is to see a WikiHymnal, but it is not inherently unWiki).
The First Decapitalisation Crusade
editSubject to WikiPolicy, I've taken to running round the religion articles decapitalising pronouns if I have a spare couple of minutes for the silliness. So far I've done blitzes on: Bahá'í Faith, Christianity and have identified needs in Báb.
If you feel called to this grand calling, please help. But remember: deus vult, God, He wills it!
