Listen, I don't really care what you do to the article either way. Don't remove the issues tags near the top of the article without fixing those issues. That's an incredibly low bar. Hope you can pass it. Hiàn (talk) 03:31, 1 September 2019 (UTC)Reply

On captures of wayback machine

edit

Hi! I saw this edit summary. On one hand I think web archive links can be valuable even if they have relatively few captures: for example if a place had an official website that did not last very long, so long as there is at least one capture with legible information (or legible if someone selects say white text on a white background).

However Mary Ward has a newer website, and now the archive website external links can be moved to Wikidata, so I will not challenge the removal of this external link on ENwiki.

Anyway, happy editing! WhisperToMe (talk) 21:25, 25 June 2021 (UTC)Reply

Hmm, this was an edit from 2018 so I can't really speak to what I was thinking at the time + I don't think I would make an edit like that nowadays, but I appreciate the note and the time you took to write it. I'll do my best to avoid something like this in the future. Regards, Hiàn (talk) 21:53, 25 June 2021 (UTC)Reply
