East Roman/Byzantine Empire

edit

To save you and others a lot of effort and grief, please have a look at the discussions at Talk:Byzantine Empire concerning nomenclature. In short, please do not replace "Byzantine" with "East Roman" or only "Roman", especially when the context clearly refers to the empire after the 5th/6th century. Thanks for your contributions

Hey man, I just wanted to give you some appreciation for all your hard work. I think your contributions to pages on Roman/Eastern Roman history are really making the site better and more accurate. It's not easy trying to improve the wiki, especially with so few people willing to engage in a civil manor. But you do good work despite it, so thanks, it means a lot. You have been warned twice against replacements Byzantine / Eastern Roman, but continued to make the same edit [1] without making any response. After the next such edit, I am going to block your account. Thank you for understanding.--Ymblanter (talk) 20:38, 20 September 2019 (UTC)Reply

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Spanish conquest of the Muisca, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Hunza. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
