Effects of global warming

I don't wish to be so rude as to revert your edit on effects of global warming but did you look at the talk page before removing the template. I think the article loses its impact because of its length and will quickly become a dumping ground (it has a bit already) for all the global warming effects studies that have been going on. A topic so broad should be a detailled summary with helpful links to wherever people need to go to get more quality info on individual effects. Nobody, including myself, is thinking of major splits. The tag was there for 3 months and I was just about to start acting on it. Please join the conversation on what might be done rather than just removing the tag. Sorry Adi. After making a few fairly minor edits I realized just what a huge pile of collected junk the Effects of global warming article is. It really needs the tag to spur people on to sort this out. Polargeo (talk) 22:34, 13 June 2009 (UTC)

I'm not certain what you mean by this, but if you believe that the image is free, please mark it as so with some evidence. Also, discuss the matter at the FfD debate, don't just remove the tag. J Milburn (talk) 15:38, 16 August 2009 (UTC)
