Early video games

edit

Hi, glad to see someone else interested in the articles about early video games! I've tweaked your change to Galaxy Game a bit, and extended the changes to Computer Space and Early history of video games; thanks for bringing the updated information/release date to attention! --PresN 21:22, 29 September 2017 (UTC)Reply

Death Race

edit

Hi! I saw you recently edited Death Race (1976 video game) to remove the suggestion of a link with the film Death Race 2000. Did you remove that just based on the lack of a source and the explicitly speculative wording, or do you have some reliable information which refutes that there was any connection between the game and the film? I'm asking because I've just come across an article in Next Generation which says that Death Race was an officially licensed Death Race 2000 game, and while even reliable sources sometimes make mistakes, in the absence of any contradicting source it would only make sense to assume that this is true. Also, if you do have a good source that says the game and the film are unrelated, we should definitely add that information to the article so that people don't assume the game is based on the film.--Martin IIIa (talk) 21:50, 2 January 2018 (UTC)Reply

Periscope

edit

Hi. I was reading your article about Periscope on your blog, and saw that you mentioned a connection to the manga Submarine 707. I've looked for the cited source and found it at archive.org but can't seem to find a mention of Submarine 707 there. Is that the right source, or am I missing something here? Thanks! edit

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited 1974 in video games, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page 3D video game. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
