Some comments to make it even better.
- The device 12-14 is a normal gas syringe see [[1]] and should really have a square not round end.
- the joints on 6 and 7 should have tight fitting rubber see septum (see [[2]] to make an air tight seal (these can be see in this picture as cream-coloured rubber seals, see also [[3]] for more information.
- the part 11 is really a metal three way tap see [[4]] - the syringe plugs into the female joint facing you, and the side arms fit to two needles. The ends of the needle have suitable female receiving joints to fit to this 3 way tap (luer lock).
