Script adds drop-down "CSD Reasons" list on the delete page.

Additional features:

• guess the reason from the article page

  you click «delete» tab {{afd}}-tagged page and the script automatically fills the reason with "After discussion at [[Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/article-name]]". Same goes for CSD templates ({{Db-author}} etc.

• remember default Mediawiki reason "content was: …"

  and append it to the end of your chosen reason with one click

• auto-expand reason id

  instead of using the drop-down list you can simply type G2

• resize reason field for convenience

  use optional parameter e.g. wpReasonSize = 110; default size is 50 characters

The list of CSD reasons was shamelessly copied from CSD AutoReason script.
