First name or last name ?

I assume that you mean the article title ? In that case, first name, middle name, last name. If it is within the article, it all depends on the style of the article. Zurich Wilderness Park

You need to find some other references for the article. Newspaper articles, scientific reviews and so on. The university library would be a good place to start. You could also find information on the Swiss government website. Obviously, it will take a bit of digging, but the information must be there!

You could also try to link your article to other pages like Sihl Valley (you might prefer Sihlwald even if it is currently a redirect) or Langnau am Albis.

You might want to add a few more Wiki links to the rivers as well as the two villages mentioned in the article. The Federal Office for the Environment should link to Federal Department of Environment, Transport, Energy and Communications unless you want to create the article!
