I notice that you have indicated in one of your edits that you are "Head - Corp Comm & Comms Strategy" for NMC Healthcare. Therefore, please have a look at the following message...

  Hello, Anurag Dev Kashyap. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest (COI).   • propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (see the {{request edit}} template);
  • disclose your COI when discussing affected articles (see WP:DISCLOSE);
  • avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see WP:SPAM);
  • do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.

In addition, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation (see WP:PAID).

Hi Deli,

Greetings!

While I understand that there may be a conflict of interest, as being pointed out here yet, what I would sincerely request here is to audit the content and the authenticity of the article and the supporting references.

Honest confession, we are not experts in Wikipedia and simply owing to the credibility and the "above board" stature of Wikipedia we are attempting to upload the profile of Prasanth here.

And the real reason as to why Prasanth ought to be there is as follows:

He: 1. Joined NMC as the CFO in 2009. Worked on getting it listed at the LSE in 2012. A first from the UAE. NMC remains the only GCC based company, as on date, to be listed at LSE and is a part of FTSE 100.

2. Guides NMC to buy assets in different treatment classes (Fakih, Americare, Dr. Sunny’s and Clincia Eugin) and forayed into an inorganic growth route in 2015 as he gets promoted to the ranks of the Deputy CEO. He goes international with the acquisition of Clinica Eugin and guides NMC expand further in Spain, Denmark and Italy apart from consolidating at Columbia and Brazil.

3. Leads NMC to acquire UAE’s oldest hospital : Al Zahra at Sharjah and takes NMC to the LSE 100 as the Market Cap of NMC goes close to GBP 7 billion (March 2018) with a the stock price of GBP 2.10 in 2012 to over GBP 35 in March 2018.

4. Guides NMC, although a 44 years old company, make a huge turnaround and go global.

Accordingly, Prasanth is a much sought-after thought-leader when it comes to subjects like, Healthcare in the UAE/GCC, Tech in Healthcare, the M & A in healthcare and the future of healthcare in terms of IVF, Long Term Care, Paediatrics, Geriatrics and Non Communicable Diseases (NCDs) like obesity, diabetes, hypertension and etc..

We seek your guidance so as to get the article through the necessary and mandatory to approvals. Also, since this is the first time that I am uploading an article on Wikipedia, there may be few amendments/suggestions that I must make, based on your counsel, so that the article is in line with the Wikipedia Content Rules.

Thanks, Anurag Dev Kashyap (talk) 04:25, 19 March 2018 (UTC)Reply

Since you acknowledge that you have a conflict of interest, before anything else I think you need to diclose what exactly is your relationship to NMC Health. Please see Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure. Deli nk (talk) 11:29, 27 March 2018 (UTC)Reply
Hi Deli, I am an employee of NMC Healthcare and employed as the Head of Corporate Communication & Communications Strategy, handling Media relations in the UAE. I am not paid to write on Wikipedia by NMC Healthcare, but as I have mentioned earlier I have submitted Prashant Manghat’s article owing to the credibility and the "above board" stature of Wikipedia and highlighting key-insights and achievements as a case to present to you as to why his article should be on Wikipedia.

Also kindly note to further augment my request, Prasanth has just been nominated, by a publication of repute called Arabian Business, as one of the hundred profiles in the entire G.C.C who inspire the masses. http://www.arabianbusiness.com/lists/100-inspiring-leaders-in-the-middle-east http://www.arabianbusiness.com/lists/392589-100-inspiring-leaders-in-the-middle-east-42prasanth-manghat Anurag Dev Kashyap (talk) 14:30, 27 March 2018 (UTC)Reply

Due to your role at NMC Healthcare, you should not edit any articles related to NMC Healthcare or its employees including Prashant Manghat. Deli nk (talk) 17:06, 27 March 2018 (UTC)Reply
Hello Deli, Greetings !

Thank you once again for the priceless counsel. Henceforth, I would not author any edits to the page. Would you be so kind as to please approve and advise on the draft so as it sees the light of the day? You may please audit the draft personally and verify its authenticity and veracity yourself. It would be a considerable professional help and in this task I consider you as my cognitive senior. Many thanks and regards, Anurag Dev Kashyap (talk) 06:03, 28 March 2018 (UTC)Reply
