Advice - conflict of interest
editAlthough I think your deleted article was probably on the Turkish Wikipedia, and each Wikipedia has its own rules, the rules are similar so I can give you some advice.
You wrote that you were writing this article "..for the company where I work so I have the rights of writing about it." Actually, no. From Wikipedia's point of view the fact that you work for the company gives you a Wikipedia:Conflict of interest, see also the Wikipedia:Plain and simple conflict of interest guide. You are discouraged from writing about your own company, and if you do you must declare your interest and be very careful indeed not to be promotional. Wikipedia is not for any kind of advertising or promotion, and is very resistant to being used in that way. I do not know what the Turkish rules about COI editing are, you will have to ask there. On English Wikipedia, you would have to make a draft for uninvolved users to review.
For that reason, account usernames which are the names of companies or groups are not permitted. Accounts are for individual people only. I expect that is the reason why you are blocked on Turkish Wikipedia. The Turkish page about changing username is tr:Vikipedi:Kullanıcı adı değiştirme, but you will have to request an unblock on your Turkish user talk page before you can do that.
Also, Wikipedia is not a business listing directory - not every company is suitable for an article. There is an inclusion test called Wikipedia:Notability, Turkish tr:Vikipedi:Kayda değerlik. JohnCD (talk) 17:21, 8 January 2015 (UTC)
