Welcome to Wikipedia, Billbo T. Baggins! Thank you for your contributions. @Dolotta: thanks for the welcome message but I am about to get blocked using some generic excuse because I left a comment on Jimbo's talk page that doesn't reflect Wikipedia as being some kind of utopia. Billbo T. Baggins (talk) 14:40, 16 September 2017 (UTC)Reply
Ha! That's funny--no, Bilbo, I don't care what anyone posts on Jimbo's talk page, but I thought the reference to "evad[ing scrutiny"] was funny, since you're obviously not a new editor. Happy editing, Drmies (talk) 01:33, 17 September 2017 (UTC)Reply
Ha ha back and thanks, I have read a lot of stuff, I just hadn't created an account before. I do expect to be accused and blocked for something eventually anyway cause that's how people roll on here. The sites reputation precedes it. Besides, if people weren't trying to evade scrutiny they would use real names right? Thanks for stopping by. Billbo T. Generally if you avoid too much conflict, take note of WP:3RR and WP:CIVIL, and pay a little bit of attention to other editors' feedback and suggestions, there should be no reason that you would be blocked. Thanks, Darylgolden(talk) Ping when replying 14:26, 17 September 2017 (UTC)Reply
@Darylgolden: Take a look at my edits, I haven't done anything wrong and it was actually me that was blocked, it is the IP ranges I use. Apparently people on here are really fast to block entire ranges of IP's if someone does something they don't like. It makes it extremely difficult to edit and I can't help but wonder how many other people who try to edit have the same problem. It amazes me how the attitude on here seems to be that people keep IP's for life and block them indefinitely assuming they will never move to someone else. It's really very frustrating. Billbo T. I'm not very familiar with this process but you may be able to apply for IP block exemption. Best of luck. Darylgolden(talk) Ping when replying 14:39, 17 September 2017 (UTC)Reply
I'm not sure what that really is either but I'm not worried about it. If they want to make it this hard for people to edit then they don't need me. Billbo T. Baggins (talk) 14:42, 17 September 2017 (UTC)Reply
