ClueBot NG/AngryOptin

Hi Cobi, what exactly is the difference between Cluebot's "regular" level of antivandalism detections, and the AngryOptin? (at least, if this can be explained in dummy terms as I am not a programmer? @Poepkop: AngryOptin allows the bot to:

1. Revert the same user and article more than once in a 24 hour period.
2. Ignore {{nobots}}, etc.
3. Revert the creator of the article.
4. Revert users with more than 50 edits.

Hi Cobi, on your Userpage you provide a link to your Cluebot paper ("I have written a paper on ClueBot. It can be found here."), but the link provided results in a 404 File not found; do you have a working link (I googled "Cluebot.pdf" but there are so many results?).
