Ali Ai Ligang
editThe Duplication Error reported for this article was at best a chance occurence, since the duplication phrases were 'Ali Ai Ligang', 'During the festival', etc. which are mostly due to chance. Moreover, the content of the link are much less than the current article. You should have checked manually before adding the tag. So, it's not a cause for speedy deletion. As mentioned that the article is 'under construction', so, the references are probably being added. You could always wait a few hours before adding tags to articles. I could not help but notice that you are asked here to 'slow down' about adding tags, which I strongly feel you should do. উদ্দীপতালুকদাৰ (talk) 14:01, 23 March 2012 (UTC)

The Aberrant Years
editYeah, so I don't really get why this is being contested. It exists. It came out a couple weeks ago and no one put it up, so that's why the article exists: it is meaningful because it exists: the band's article exists but none of their albums have reviewer scores: this album is the one most will buy because it is the only one in print for an easy price: furthermore, it exists on wikipedia because it exists as a tactile object in what is colloquially known as reality. Cool Angel from Pakistan. Seems like you have deleted some stuff from a page I edited earlier. Do you know anything about motor sport ? are you a racing driver ? on what grounds did you delete my link and comments which were about racing in the 1960's, long before you were born no doubt ???
Barriebrdc that stands for British Racing Drivers Club in case you were wondering. Invitation only club and you have to win International races outright to be invited ! We own Silverstone Circuit. ever heard of that ? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 95.177.101.183 (talk) 21:20, 19 March 2012 (UTC)

Maintenance tags
editPlease pay attention to the tags you are selecting when you use Twinkle to add maintenance tags to an article. For example, on Francis James (missionary), you added tags saying the article was a BLP and needed sources -- but the subject of the article died in 1900, so it can't possibly be a "biography of a living person" which is what BLP stands for. You also selected a couple of other tags that did not make sense for that particular article. If you're not sure if a tag is appropriate for a particular article, or if you don't know what a particular tag means, please don't add it to the article. Thanks. —Darkwind (talk) 13:29, 14 March 2012 (UTC)

editThank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. I noticed your recent edit to Glass manufacturing exhibition does not have an edit summary. Please provide one before saving your changes to an article, as the summaries are quite helpful to people browsing an article's history. Thanks! Drmies (talk) 14:41, 14 March 2012 (UTC)

- Here's something else, Cool.agent: your user name and your signature don't jive. At the very least, your signature should have the actual user name in it--please fix it, since it's a bit confusing. Thanks! Drmies (talk) 14:44, 14 March 2012 (UTC)
Slow down
editYou are new. Slow down and get acclimated before tagging articles. I've gone thru and undid alot of your tagging as most of it was inappropriate. You've already been asked before about this.
Juha Kilpia should never have had a BLPprod tag added. It has a reference. The requirements for the tag is NO reference in the article at all.
Sahle-Work Zewde Should never have a "This article does not cite any references or sources" tag. It has a reference.
Malian literature Should never have a "This article does not cite any references or sources" tag. It has references, but was formatted wrong. A simple edit would have corrected the problem. If it is a formatting/syntax problem, fix it instead of tagging.
Jeon Sung-Ha should never had four tags added all saying similar things. It has a perfectly fine reference that verifies notability for a footballer. It didn't need any of the tags because a league source is a reliable, non self-published reference. A self-published reference is one put out by Jeon.
If you need help or clarification on anything, please ask questions. You can contact me on my talk page or contact anyone you feel comfortable with. Bgwhite (talk) 07:18, 15 March 2012 (UTC)

Capital letters in species
editLatin names of species should not be in capitals. I reverted a move you made. Please dont move Latin species names to Capital letters again, it is wrong. Cheers Ruigeroeland (talk) 14:24, 16 March 2012 (UTC)

Why Speedy deletion?
editUhm.. why are you requesting a speedy deletion of my user page? Ruigeroeland (talk) 14:36, 16 March 2012 (UTC)
- Your Userpage is not abiding the guide lines and rules of Wikipidia.
--- Angel from PAKISTAN Let's talk about it! 14:39, 16 March 2012 (UTC)
- Show me the guideline you are referring to because I do not think it exists.Ruigeroeland (talk) 15:18, 16 March 2012 (UTC)
- Slow down Angel. The user page is just fine. It is not a test page. You are causing problems at this point and could lead to serious consequences. If you think a page should be deleted, ask somebody first. Deleting a page is the harshest thing to do on WikiPedia. It should be done carefully. Bgwhite (talk) 19:19, 16 March 2012 (UTC)

Hallo, you edited the stub tag in Ulundi Airport, but:
- it should go at the end of the article, after everything except inter-language links - see WP:ORDER
- It does not take parameters with "|"; either just add {{stub}} or a sorted stub tag like {{SouthAfrica-airport-stub}}.
Thanks, and Happy Editing. PamD 15:32, 16 March 2012 (UTC)
Sorry, you can't A7 a manga (unless it's purely on a website - which this doesn't appear to be). Not sure how notable mangas and animes are when you get further in than Sailor Moon etc, but I'd suggest PROD for this one... Peridon (talk) 11:50, 18 March 2012 (UTC)
Hi! Thanks for checking the New page backlog. However, I noticed you transferred User:Ninjajy/Silver Lining Foundation to User:Silver Lining Foundation. I don't want to start a Move War, so I'm going to ask why you did this. THe user Ninjajy has specified it as a 'user sandbox', meaning the user wants to make edits and proofread before releasing to Wikipedia. You can contact me on my talk page! Thanks! POTD scheduling
editThanks for helping out with the POTD. A few things to note: Firstly, please don't jump the queue. The ones you have been putting up have all been promoted in the recent past, so they normally should wait for their turn (it's nearly a two-year wait). Currently we should be grabbing them from Wikipedia:Featured pictures thumbs 25 (they are in reverse order). Secondly, you've been making them too big. For normal landscape orientation photos, you don't need to fill in the sizes, as that's done automatically. Portrait orientation images should be set at 250. Lastly, try not to run similar photos too close to each other. For example, you picked two bugs in recent succession. They need to be spaced out more. For more info, please read Wikipedia:Picture of the day/Guidelines. Thanks. —howcheng {chat} 04:08, 23 March 2012 (UTC)
CSD on To whom it may consume
editI pulled the G11 speedy template on the page above. One, it's not spam - please, reserve that for where the page is advertising. Two, it's a new page that a new user is doing some work on. I struggle about getting trigger-happy on the db-templates myself sometimes, but it's probably best to wait on those kind of articles - catch them on the tail-end of the new page patrol, that sort of thing. Best bet, I think, is to keep an eye on the page. I've placed an {{under construction}} template on the page in the meantime, on behalf of the user, so let's wait to see what happens with it. --Dennis The Tiger (Rawr and stuff) 06:32, 23 March 2012 (UTC)
