Appreciate your help, I have rewritten the whole article, This man deserves to be their on Wiki but i was not lucky to get it published as it was in draft for more than 6 months and i kept on tweaking it and today i changed it completely since i don't have great deal of experience in writing but i keep contributing to Wiki pages from time to time. I hope you may like my changes as it was compiled today from scratch and references where taken from web. I also wanted to add Awards section and this person has lots awards to his name but i though that may be too much as its hard to find reference for each award listed on his website https://www.khalafalhabtoor.net/en/khalaf-ahmad-al-habtoor/.

You have a point, i will not appeal to unlock my account as i knew the person long back when i attended his autobiography Book Launch event and this person 'Khalaf Ahmad Al Habtoor' has great humor so i started following him since 2012 and all that he is associated with. So my contribution may give impression that i get paid for work (i wish i was paid). I am not sure if People who do it against payment will do all just using one account. I will leave it upto you if you want my account to be locked or unlock it... Even now my account is locked i would still want someone to create this person page `Khalaf Ahmad Al Habtoor`.
