Volcani center

It is good that you are working to improve this article, but I noticed you have added a large amount of promotional material without sourcing. All material on Wikipedia needs to be based on reliable third-party sources. The center's website is OK, but it should not be the only source for information. Stuff that sounds like "advertising copy" makes Wikipedia editors see red. They will delete it mercilessly. So I would advise you to go over the article, prune out the "peacock" terminology, as it is called here, and find some new sources. If you have questions or need help, don't hesitate to contact me. The article looks much better now. Academic references are the best kind. I don't see a problem with the table of contents at the moment, and by the way, readers have the option of hiding it. You can make changes as you see fit - the article does not "belong" to anyone. It is not wrong to alter what another editor has done unless there is something provocative about the change, or you leave an uncivil comment in the edit summary. Wikipedia is supposed to be a collaborative effort, at least in theory. I only changed one batch of subheadings to give you an idea for the rest. I realize these titles are not "snappy," but this is an encyclopedia, so being boring is OK...--Geewhiz (talk) 18:36, 19 February 2014 (UTC)
