Speedy deletion of Epic Cash

edit

If this was the first article that you created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

The page Epic Cash has been deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under two or more of the criteria for speedy deletion, by which pages can be deleted at any time, without discussion. As the page met any of these strictly-defined criteria, it was deleted by an administrator. The reasons it has been deleted are:

Please do not recreate the material without addressing these concerns, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If you think this page should not have been deleted for this reason, or you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Can you be so decent to un-delete my sandbox-epic so I have it for my record? Emil FreemanIntel (talk) 08:15, 2 April 2023 (UTC)Reply

How do I recover the sand-box of my article?

edit

I worked pretty hard in my sandbox on my wikipedia article and when I was satisfied with the product, after hundreds of edits, moved it to the main page. The article got "speedy deleted" and now my sandboxed article is also gone. I am really disappointed at this action, and this kind of wikipedia setup, because now my work is gone - I have not retained a copy of the article. How do I get back the copy of my work? FreemanIntel (talk) 20:59, 16 April 2023 (UTC)Reply

By going to Draft:Epic Cash - it was moved to draftspace. I would advise not moving it back into mainspace again until you formally submit it for review. —Jéské Couriano v^_^v Source assessment notes 21:20, 16 April 2023 (UTC)Reply
I'd also strongly suggest reading WP:GS/CRYPTO. —Jéské Couriano v^_^v Source assessment notes 21:21, 16 April 2023 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of Mimblewimble blockchain protocol

edit

The article Mimblewimble blockchain protocol has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

No evidence of notability. No reliable sources cited and I can't find any supporting that this is notable.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. JaggedHamster (talk) 07:32, 18 April 2023 (UTC)Reply

Mimblewimble is the top/most modern technology for private cryptocurrencies. The google search returns 262,000 results for this key word. It will only become more-and-more searched after in the future. Since I posted the page a week or so ago, the page was getting a dozen of views a day. Other Wikipedia pages (like "Litecoin") mention Mimblewimble for several years now, so I have edited these pages and made a wiki link to the new Mimblewinble page.
