Speedy deletion nomination of Australians for a Progressive Society
editIf this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Australians for a Progressive Society requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about an organization or company, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, you can place a request here. Tchaliburton (talk) 05:41, 23 June 2014 (UTC)
License tagging for File:Australian Progressive Coalition.png
editThanks for uploading File:Australian Progressive Coalition.png. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information.
To add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia. For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 16:06, 15 October 2015 (UTC)
Beetroot with Ears Man, a page you created, has been tagged for deletion, as it meets one or more of the criteria for speedy deletion; specifically, it serves only to attack or disparage some entity. Please do not continue to create attack pages, as people who continue to create these pages may be blocked from editing.
You are welcome to contribute content that complies with our content policies and any applicable inclusion guidelines. However, please do not simply re-create the page with the same content. You may also wish to read our introduction to editing and guide to writing your first article. Jim1138 (talk) 06:43, 18 February 2016 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of Toxicon (band)
editIf this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Toxicon (band) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person, a group of people, an individual animal, an organization (band, club, company, etc.), web content, or an organized event, but it does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". Orphaned non-free image File:Australian Progressive Coalition.png
editThanks for uploading File:Australian Progressive Coalition.png. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. --B-bot (talk) 18:09, 29 January 2017 (UTC)

editHello, I'm Jim1138. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Alt-right, but you didn't provide a source. Disambiguation link notification for May 5
editHi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Victorian Socialists, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Socialist Alternative, Socialist Alliance and Victoria (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

editPlease stop adding unsourced content, as you did on Fraser Anning's Conservative National Party. This violates Wikipedia's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. StAnselm (talk) 04:45, 15 April 2019 (UTC)
The above message is frivolous, it's certainly sourced to describe the party as far-right, but the incivility is simply not acceptable. It might just be one or two people who are obstructing you and it might be frustrating but there is no need for haste and these issues can be calmly sorted out in the talk page. editFile source and copyright licensing problem with File:BlockadeIMARC.png
editThanks for uploading File:BlockadeIMARC.png. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status and its source. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously.
If you did not create this work entirely yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the page from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of the website's terms of use of its content. If the original copyright holder is a party unaffiliated with the website, that author should also be credited. You will also need to state under what licensing terms it was released. Please refer to the image use policy to learn what files you can or cannot upload on Wikipedia. The page on copyright tags may help you to find the correct tag to use for your file.
Please add this information by editing the image description page. If the necessary information is not added within the next seven days, the image will be deleted. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.
Please also check any other files you may have uploaded to make sure they are correctly tagged. Here is a list of your uploads. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Vladlen Manilov ✉ / 11:00, 30 January 2022 (UTC)

editHello. This is a message to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions, such as the edit(s) you made to Perth, did not appear to be constructive and have been reverted. Please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. You can find information about these at our welcome page which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. If you only meant to make test edits, please use your sandbox for that. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you may leave a message on my talk page. Thank you. File permission problem with File:Little-Malop-St-geelong.jpg
editThanks for uploading File:Little-Malop-St-geelong.jpg. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file has agreed to release it under the given license.
If you are the copyright holder for this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either
- make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
- Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{permission pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.
If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org.
If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:File copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the file's use on the article or articles where it is included. See Wikipedia:File copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Files lacking evidence of permission may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described in section F11 of the criteria for speedy deletion. You may wish to read Wikipedia's image use policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. --Minorax«¦talk¦» 14:25, 6 August 2022 (UTC)

Israel-Hamas war protests in Australia
editIsrael–Hamas war protests in Australia.
I have noticed on this article you are a major editor. In the article edit notes, you have listed reasons to your edits which I was hoping you could provide further explanation to.
You make consistent comments regarding your point of view that '[x] source isn't reliable', or replacing this with [a] source 'which is more reliable'. You also have removed important comments regarding the 'gas the jews' chant at the respective sydney riots. Could you please provide some extra information as to why you made these edits to perhaps redefine what could be seen as politically-motivated to the average viewer.
