Request reason:
Reason for block understood. My contributions were never meant as advertising or spam but to add relevant, informative and complementary links to pages. I will make sure future activity strictly adheres to the guidelines.
Decline reason:
I cannot say I am convinced. In your own edit summaries, you admit that the external link you are adding is user-maintained, which is contrary to all that is Wikipedia. You added it again, and again, and again - even using a consistent edit summary.
