Greetings. I was away for a while and now I am back. My judgement was that the implementation part of your draft was grey towards a personal reflection and discursive rather than factual. But some of the gist warrants it to be in the article. Hence, I suggest you take inspirations form other similar articles and acts like, Article One of the United States Constitution. And from there perhaps construct it a manner that is much impartial and neutral. See WP:NPOV. Instead of implementation, maybe you could rephrase it with words like Controversies and etc. EROS message 05:55, 15 July 2018 (UTC)Reply
