Welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions, but in one of your recent edits to Another Country (novel), it appears that you have added original research, which is against Wikipedia's policies. Original research refers to material—such as facts, allegations, ideas, and personal experiences—for which no reliable, published sources exist; it also encompasses combining published sources in a way to imply something that none of them explicitly say. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources. Thank you. Celjski Grad (talk) 13:57, 27 August 2024 (UTC)Reply

Fair enough, thank you JamRisner (talk) 14:30, 27 August 2024 (UTC)Reply
Further to the above, I've reverted two of your edits today to Middle-earth articles, one wholly uncited, one within cited text but not supported by the citation, so both of those could be considered to have fallen foul of the rules on "original research". Since you've accepted the reproof offered above, you are aware of the rules. Please ensure that you cite whatever you add to any Wikipedia article to a reliable source. Many thanks. I disagree - I think both of those were valid edits based on watching the show. Can I cite the show itself as a source? JamRisner (talk) 18:36, 17 October 2024 (UTC)Reply
