- The guidelines for writing a Userpage are listed here. In short, if the whole purpose of your editing here is to advertise your band, chances are the page will be removed. Also, please don't delete text from Talk pages like you've done here. Other people want to be heard too. Owen× ☎ 12:31, 28 September 2008 (UTC)
- Please do not nominate user pages for deletion simply because you do not like the user in question. User pages can be deleted if and only if they consist of inappropriate content. I have closed your nomination. Hut 8.5 18:32, 3 October 2008 (UTC)

- Four days ago you created a silly little attack page against me (and tried to forge your signature on it; we all had a good laugh), and now you're asking for my help? The only "impact here in the wkiie comunuty" that you're interested in making is to promote your band. Please don't waste my time. Owen× ☎ 12:50, 7 October 2008 (UTC)

why is it unconstructive? those were proper edits. those acts are accosted acts. they should clearly be there as they are side projects of the 2 singers of the band.
Please stop making disruptive edits, as you did at Linkin Park.

Speedy deletion nomination of Jarmusic2
editHello Jarmusic2,
I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Jarmusic2 for deletion, because it seems to be a test. Did you know that the Wikipedia Sandbox is available for testing out edits?
If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

Famousbirthdays.com as a source
editHi Jarmusic2 . I noticed that you recently used famousbirthdays.com as a source for information in a biography article, Justin Biltonen. Please note that there is general consensus that famousbirthdays.com does not meet the reliable sourcing criteria for the inclusion of personal information in such articles. (See Wikipedia:Reliable_sources/Noticeboard/Archive_153#Is_famousbirthdays.com_a_reliable_source_for_personal_information). If you disagree, let's discuss it. Thanks. --Ronz (talk) 23:02, 26 July 2018 (UTC)
Justin Biltonen moved to draftspace
editAn article you recently created, Justin Biltonen, does not have enough sources and citations for a as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources especially for Biographies of living people. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can work on the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. ~ Araratic | talk 06:12, 21 August 2018 (UTC)
Your draft article, Draft:Justin Biltonen
editHello, Jarmusic2. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "Justin Biltonen".
In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply and remove the {{db-afc}}
, {{db-draft}}
, or {{db-g13}}
code.
If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.
Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. Phospheros (talk) 20:52, 22 April 2019 (UTC)
(This user used the preload form for G13 undeletion, but did not specify the name of the Draft they would like undeleted. Consider checking their deleted contributions.) Jarmusic2 (talk) 08:51, 12 December 2019 (UTC)
- Hi, you need to go to the page WP:REFUND to request undeletion. – Thjarkur (talk) 13:11, 12 December 2019 (UTC)
I've closed it as you will only be discouraged to receive a string of zeros out of ten, I'm afraid. Bt please read Wikipedia:Advice for RfA candidates to see what the basic requirements are for adminship, and get to work :) thanks for your enthusiasm though, and please do not be disheartened. Cheers, ——SN54129 13:43, 12 December 2019 (UTC)
- Serial Number 54129, that was wise. Good admin candidates don't suggest that another editor is "on crack" over a disagreement. Do not do that again. – Muboshgu (talk) 21:09, 13 December 2019 (UTC)
- Apologies, Muboshgu, I hadn't seen that and just assumed, etc. But you're absolutely correct, a remark like that would sink any RfA for the next year or two I expect. ——SN54129 09:43, 14 December 2019 (UTC)
very well Muboshgu, I apologize for saying that you are on crack. I do however disagree that Gerrit cole is a "Free agent" and will be fixing that promptly tomorrow. Your contributed article, Gerrit Alan Cole
editIf this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
Hello, I noticed that you recently created a new page, Gerrit Alan Cole. First, thank you for your contribution; Wikipedia relies solely on the efforts of volunteers such as you. Unfortunately, the page you created covers a topic on which we already have a page – Gerrit Cole. Because of the duplication, your article has been tagged for speedy deletion. Please note that this is not a comment on you personally and we hope you will continue helping to improve Wikipedia. If the topic of the article you created is one that interests you, then perhaps you would like to help out at Gerrit Cole. If you have new information to add, you might want to discuss it at the article's talk page.
If you think the article you created should remain separate, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Additionally if you would like to have someone review articles you create before they go live so they are not nominated for deletion shortly after you post them, allow me to suggest the article creation process and using our search feature to find related information we already have in the encyclopedia. Try not to be discouraged. Wikipedia looks forward to your future contributions. Dewritech (talk) 10:04, 16 December 2019 (UTC) (talk) I tried to help out Gerrit Cole by adding that he is a New York Yankee, but that edit was reverted because they do not consider ESPN as a reliable source. - Sadly Wikipedia has black Bakked me and I will not be able to continue helping to improve Wikipedia no thanks to user @Eagles247. I do not know what I did to piss him off so bad that he would give me a lifetime ban But I do hope he will reconsider as I have learned my lesson and want to help make wikipedia better. Jarmusic2 (talk) 10:59, 27 November 2024 (UTC)
@Jarmusic2: You appear to have created a new page and copy-pasted the existing content into it and, from the notice above, it seems this is the second time you have done this. As it happens, the page is a moderately useful redirect so rather than tag it for speedy deletion I have made it a redirect. However, I cannot understand what you are trying to achieve here. If you wish to edit the existing article then please edit Gerrit Cole, do not copy-paste the content to a new article. Hugsyrup 17:14, 16 December 2019 (UTC)
- Hugsyrup, this editor is being disruptive, but the argument (I could explain it if you wish) will become moot in less than 24 hours anyway. – Muboshgu (talk) 17:51, 16 December 2019 (UTC)
- @Muboshgu: well, I am a bit curious now! What’s the story? Hugsyrup 18:21, 16 December 2019 (UTC)
- Hugsyrup, the long and short of it is that while a player may agree to a contract with a team, there are many regulatory things to process before a signing becomes official. For instance, the player must pass a physical examination. A failed physical can lead to a renegotiation, or the agreement being spiked entirely. Also, baseball teams have a 40-man roster and cannot exceed 40 players on it, but the Yankees have a full 40 on the roster, and have to remove somebody before they sign Cole. As Wikipedia is not a newspaper, and beat writers do sometimes get it wrong in the rush to get a scoop, we wait for confirmation from the team that a deal had been made. Cole's announcement appears to be scheduled for tomorrow. – Muboshgu (talk) 18:35, 16 December 2019 (UTC)
- @Muboshgu: ah, makes sense - thanks for explaining! Sportsperson-related shenanigans always seem to happen when there’s some bit of breaking news going on. Hugsyrup 18:43, 16 December 2019 (UTC)

thanks for everyone's input. syrup All that I want is for Wikipedia to catch up with the rest of the world. The whole world knows that Gerrit Alan Cole is A New York Yankee except Wikipedia. It Is old and outdated information and a travesty on Gerrit Cole's part. I hope one day to create my own Encyclopedia website that doesn't discriminate against fame, a website where the common man can have a story about him, Were semi famous people can have a page about them and get there story heard as Wikipedia has too many rules and regulations. My website would be current and up to date to keep up with the fast pace moving world. When someone signs a contract and is on a team, their profile will be change to reflect those changes. If the deal falls through, it is simply changed back. What a concept that would be.... Maybe wikipedia could be that place one day... Wouldn't you like a wikipedia article written about you and your story? hopefully one day My Website will be made or this one will be changed as so not to discriminate against the semi-famous and common man.
Mookie Betts
editI understand your frustration, but forking of an article to ensure that you can insert the disputed information is never a good faith action. The information you want to see inserted was repeatedly removed as there is not sufficient sourcing. Discuss on the talkpage until sufficient sourcing is available and then ask to have it implemented. The next such action will very likely result in a block. —Dirk Beetstra T C 03:56, 6 February 2020 (UTC)
dear Dirk Beetstra so It's a sourcing issue? I will acquire the necessary sources since ESPN is not a valid source. They're only the Number 1 place for everything sports. If ESPN is not a valid source on baseball material, the world is doomed. That would be like saying Donald trump Doesn't know anything about business. I am thinking about creating my own encyclopedia that is current and up to the minuet. I hate that when something in the world happens, That Wikipedia is the last to know about it. That would be like Kobe dying and we cannot change it until we had the coroner's report. I guess ESPN and common knowledge is not acceptable in Wikipedia, something that we need to get changed in the future. Can you direct me how to get that done? Jarmusic2 (talk) 04:55, 6 February 2020 (UTC)jarmusic2Jarmusic2 (talk) 04:55, 6 February 2020 (UTC)
- Well, people beg to differ: diff. You added it in the article, it got reverted, you (and others) tried again to insert what is, as you state it, a rumour. Then you fail to discuss the source on the talkpage but instead first insist until the article gets protected, and then copy/paste the information into the redirect. That is not the way forward. I am not going to go into the discussion on the validity of the source or the information. Until you have proper confirmation that there is a deal, it is a rumour and hence a BLP issue. Here is where you discuss that, the rest of your argument and your intent to have that changed can be discussed in relation to WP:NOTNEWS on WT:NOT. --Dirk Beetstra T C 05:57, 6 February 2020 (UTC)
- Alternatively, maybe it is something for Wikinews? --Dirk Beetstra T C 06:11, 6 February 2020 (UTC)
dear Dirk Beetstra I would be you my years worth of paychecks that Mookie Betts, has been traded and Will Be a Los Angeles Dodger. Have you seen a Trade that When It was announced they just went back on their word and the trade didn't happen? If the artil got published that he is traded to the Los Angeles Dodgers [1] [2] I even have a souce from MLB itself. That is The Source of the information. Now if MLB is not credited information on baseball trades then this whole world has gone down the drain. [3] Get some help man. Mookie Betts Is A Los Angeles Dodger from this point moving forward. I would bet a year's salary on that. If the MLB has reported it then IT is Fact and Wikipedia is stuck in the past. Thanks for the info. I will be working on getting this stuff change so that when a Trade happens Wikipedia will be able To update the persons page right away. When the New President get elected and all the votes are in, do you have to wait until he puts his hand on the bible and gets sworn in before wikipedia can update that persons page to reflect that he is indeed the New president??? Wikipedia is a great tool, It just has too many flaws that make it outdated at times. such edits that you people consider "vandalism" Is actually Fact and indeed Truth. If you guys don't publish the truth, then in fact you guys are a lie.
- Look dude, we need to wait till the deal is official... it is currently being held up because of the medicals of a player involved [1]... these things can fall apart like that.. possibly other players get added or it doesn't happen at all.. we cant make changes until we know what the final results will be. Patience. Spanneraol (talk) 14:18, 6 February 2020 (UTC)
dear Spanneraol But I have the reliable sources. He is Being Traded to the Los Angeles Dodgers. I would bet a years paychecks on it. If you change the info, and the deal doesn't go down, I will give you my paychecks for a year. That is how confident I am in this.Jarmusic2 (talk) 23:03, 6 February 2020 (UTC)jarmusic2Jarmusic2 (talk) 23:03, 6 February 2020 (UTC)
- Did you read the link I posted above? The deal is being held up by medical issues and may fall apart or be changed.. We don't even know the final allotment of players or money being traded... we need all the facts and official reports before we add anything... you being confident doesn't mean anything. Spanneraol (talk) 23:21, 6 February 2020 (UTC)
Please stop pushing that post by verbatim repeating yourself. You were already pushing your limits by yelling (typing in all caps). I am sorry, but if you are not willing to listen to other people’s arguments and are not willing to understand that Wikipedia is not a news server, then please understand that you run the risk of getting blocked soon. —Dirk Beetstra T C 09:49, 9 February 2020 (UTC)
- I hope one day we can get that problem change and that Wikipedia can be an up to date place with all the facts and not be left in the dust. Like today Blake Snell has signed with the Los Angeles Dodgers yet he is still listed as a Freee Agent. I understand Wikipedia has rules but sometimes those rules have to be changed to keep up with the fast pace world. Something you see as Vandalisme is actually Facts and this is a problem I fell needs to be adressed. I don't know what I can do about it but I will try my best to get these rules changed so that Wikipedia can be updated with all the other Media that is reporting the current events. It's not always great to be left in the dust with old and outdated news and I hope Wikipedia will see this and in the future change their ways. The world is Growing and Wikipedia has to grow with it. My hope is that one day thos edits thay you see as Vandalism will actaully be seen as the Facts that they are and wellcomed. Today MLB and Blake Snell Himself have reported that he is going to the Los Angeles Dodgers Jarmusic2 (talk)https://www.mlb.com/news/blake-snell-dodgers-deal~ Yet he is still listed as a Free Agent. This is old outdated news that needs to be updated ASAP but the article is Locked so we can't fix it. Such a Shame that this great website is lacking new up to the minuet facts. Request reason:
He Has been Signed by the Los Angeles Dodgers and is still listed As a boston Red Sox. The Sources have confirmed this you people just want to hide behind your computers and since the people because you know that we are right and Mookie Betts is no Longer a Boston Red Sox. The source says that The deal Is done and Mookie IS heading To the Los Angeles Dodgers... I now retract my Threat for legal action so you people can stop crying but I still insist that his information Be updated to Reflect His new and Current Team' Los Angeles Dodgers as He is no Longer A Boston Red Sox. Accept reason:
Since you have withdrawn your legal threat, I will remove the block. I would strongly suggest that you discuss what you want to do on the article talk page before attempting to do it, so you can arrive at a consensus with other editors. MY only intent IS to get MOOKIE BETTS CHANGED FROM A RED SOX TO A DODGER. i RESEND MY THREAT. I do not wish to take legal action. Please unblock me and Change His team from the Boston Red Sox to Los Angeles Dodgers as THE DEAL IS DONE.,[1] Again, I do not wish To take legal action. I did not know you guys are crybabies. please unblock me asap. I no longer wish legal action. as I didn't know I couldn't do that. @T I Don't want to argue with you. I just want the information Updated on Mookie Betts Page. I Don't want to get blocked or make any enemies. You seem like a reasonable person and probably a good dad and father as well, My only intent is to See Mookie Betts' information to reflect his Current team info which is the Los Angeles dodgers. Now I feel threatened by you stating that I "soon run into other blocks" I don't know who you are or why you hate me but I wish it would stop. I don't like being threatened by others. And I am sorry for using capital letters but that Is how I feel and How else are we to get our point across if no one will listen. Mookie Betts Is Now a LOS ANGELES DODGER. There is no hate. But things have been explained to you several times now. You kept insisting while it was just a rumor and got the article into a protected state. You kept insisting, and keep insisting, adding only drama to the situation. oh and Ps. What I changed on Mookie Betts was that there was a deal made between Boston and The dodgers, 50 other people tried to Change his team to Los Angeles Dodgers and got the article protected, I was only trying to state that a deal was done as you can clearly read from the talk page, But now that the deal has been completed I want to make sure that his information get's upgraded to reflect his current team.[4]. ANd thank you sir for the cup of tea. That means a lot to me, If it did in fact come from you again, no hard feelings chum. Oh and I am not big on tea, but a cup of coffee would be just fine. All of your edits are disruptive. That includes reinserting rumors with poor sourcing on Wil Myers, and your forum-based posts on the Lakers talk page and Talk:The Last Season: A Team in Search of Its Soul. If you do it again, I will block you. – Muboshgu (talk) 15:13, 28 February 2020 (UTC)

I am sorry for the confusion this whole thing has caused. MY intent was not to be disruptive. I am trying to make Wikipedia a better place for everyone. I hope that I will be able to contribute constructive edits to the wikipedia community and I will do a better job next time by carefully considering the content I edit and the information I add. Thank you and have a good day.Jarmusic2 (talk) 08:02, 1 March 2020 (UTC)

There is no confusion- you have continued to add poorly sourced information about living people to articles in violation of the strict Biographies of Living Persons policy. Threatening to just create a new account("profile") doesn't instill confidence that you are interested in following Wikipedia guidelines. You will need to better explain that you have reviewed and understand the BLP policy, not just pledge to do a better job. I am declining your request. 331dot (talk) 10:23, 1 March 2020 (UTC)

There has been a big misunderstanding. @Eagles247 was not being fair in an indefinite ban. Wikipedia is supposed to be a community where we can add information to fix broken things and update biographies of living persons. The information that I added was THE TRUTH. If it does not fit the "community guidelines", then I apology. I will be more careful next time. I understand now that my information had poor sources and I will do a better job next time making sure as to not add any poorly sourced information. I will be reading the Wikipedia guidelines and will be following those guidelines to a T. I hope that the ban on me can be lifted as I have contributed some constructive edits over the years. I am sorry for The wrong I have done and the people I have hurt. I ask for mercy and the ban be lifted so that If there is a critical edit that needs to be made, and the source is valid, that I will be able to make ie. I will keep requesting a unban until it is lifted. thank you all for the consideration in this matter. Jarmusic2 (talk) 22:58, 1 March 2020 (UTC)

You are confused about Wikipedia policies and guidelines. For example, it is not sufficient for something to be the truth. Once you have read Wikipedia's policies and guidelines and can clearly explain why your edits were wrong, you are welcome to make a new unblock request. Please do not do so until then, though. Requests like this just waste our time and may result in you losing access to this talk page. Yamla (talk) 11:16, 2 March 2020 (UTC)

@Yamla My edits were wrong because they did not follow community guidelines. The information on WIl Myers was truth, but from poorly sourced information and was just trade talk, stuff like that happens all the time and is not necessary to be added to Wikipedia... I understand what I did wrong, Now can I just please be unblocked?Jarmusic2 (talk) 00:41, 3 March 2020 (UTC)jarmusix2Jarmusic2 (talk) 00:41, 3 March 2020 (UTC)
- You keep insisting that something is the truth, you did so at the time of your first block, and you repeat it here over and over. Wikipedia is not a news server that has to follow what is reported now. We only report things when there are reliable sources stating it. You do a great job in being bold in adding material, but when you get reverted then you first line of action has to be to discuss. Yes, maybe what you added is 'THE TRUTH'™ .. but we only add the truth if it is relevant (there is no reason to report my birthday, even if it is a verifiable truth), and if you can show someone else that it is the truth (i.e. we have reliable and (generally) independent sources stating that it is the truth. --Dirk Beetstra T C 05:59, 3 March 2020 (UTC)
- also you haven't indicated that you understand why what you were doing on Mookie Betts was wrong. Spanneraol (talk) 01:39, 5 March 2020 (UTC)

@[[User talk:Eagles247| I am sorry about that Tweet that offended you. I don't remember doing it. I spent hours looking for it and I guess I must have sent that somehow on accident, I deleted the tweet and Again Apologize for any harm it has done. I would ask to consider that you lift the ban, or at least put an expiration date on it, an indefinite ban IS KIND OF HARSH for a few minor infractions, one of witch was in good intent as MOOKIE BETTS WAS TRADED TO THE DODGERS AND IS CURRENTLY A DODGER. So as you can see, ONE BIG MISUNDERSTANDING, thank you for your cooperation in this matter and have a good day MR EAGLE.Jarmusic2 (talk) 10:51, 8 March 2020 (UTC)jarmusicJarmusic2 (talk) 10:51, 8 March 2020 (UTC)

@Eagles247 remove the block sir. I am trying to be nice. I have clearly stAted that I know what I did was wrong, and I won't do it again. I have been a user on here since about mid 2000. I don't know why I deserve an infinite ban.
- You do not have an "infinite ban", you have an "indefinite block", which simply means a block without an end date. The block will be removed when you make a successful unblock request. Someone else will review your request. You won't be unblocked to just edit your user page, unblocking you must benefit the encyclopedia in some way. 331dot (talk) 09:24, 10 March 2020 (UTC)
@331dot how do i make a successful Unblock Request. I do want to make changes that Benefit the Encyclopedia in every way possible. I see missing information all the time that is common knowledge and also Information that is false proven by the source itself. I would like to make those changes to fix broken articles and make them better. Jarmusic2 (talk) 11:18, 10 March 2020 (UTC)jarmusic2Jarmusic2 (talk) 11:18, 10 March 2020 (UTC)
- You have an open request, it will be reviewed in due course. In the meantime, you can review the guide to unblock appeals to learn how to make the most effective request you can and perhaps improve your existing request. Note that you cannot just add information you deem to be "common knowledge", you must source your edits to independent reliable sources. We also do not deal in what is "true" and what is "false"; we summarize what independent reliable sources state, not what the subject says about itself(though if others write about what the subject claims, that's okay). We don't include what subjects say about themselves from themselves as a source, as subjects have an interest in spinning events in a manner favorable to themselves. With independent sources, there is less risk of that and the sources are presented for readers to evaluate for themselves to judge. Please read WP:TRUTH. 331dot (talk) 11:23, 10 March 2020 (UTC)
