Missing cite in Edward Wellington Pahala Tambunan

The article cites "General Elections Institution 1987" but no such source is listed in bibliography. Can you please add? Or is it a typo and should be "General Elections Institution 1982"? Also, suggest installing a script to highlight such errors in the future. @Kudpung: Uhh...sorry. I mean...Nazi. If the user admits to be a Nazi, then what should we do? Just leave them running around? Quote from WP:NONAZI: Even if one is a "nice" Nazi who doesn't really believe non-Aryans should be exterminated, or even if one is just "playing around" with Nazi slogans, imagery, or ideas, the moment an editor identifies as a Nazi in any way, they are endorsing the Holocaust in the eyes of the vast majority of other editors.
