This is just a note to let you know that I've moved the draft that you were working on to Draft:Penka Kouneva, from its old location at User:Kdvr9/sandbox/Penka Kouneva. This has been done because the Draft namespace is the preferred location for Articles for Creation submissions. Please feel free to continue to work on it there. Improving the article further

edit

Hi Kdvr9,

Congratulations on your first article & thanks again for taking the time to make it so comprehensive and detailed.

Although the article is certainly ready for inclusion, Wikipedia is always a work in progress, and you'll notice that I've added a tag to the top of the article noting that the tone could us improvement. I know that's something the previous reviewers at AfC highlighted too, and that you've removed much of the promotional language, but a lot remains: "the Emmy-winning composer", "made Hollywood history", "world’s foremost", to name just a few. Wikipedia articles need to be written in a strictly factual and dispassionate tone. In biographies, we let the facts about a person's life and others' opinions of them speak for themselves, and avoid the temptation to "sell" the subject's notability. For example, while a list of awards is a valuable inclusion to an article, it's not necessary to preface works with "award-winning" whenever they are mentioned, because the fact that they won an award is an incidental point that in that context appears promotional. So if you can edit the article to remove this and other peacock language I think it would be much improved.

Happy editing! Joe Roe (talk) 14:38, 13 August 2016 (UTC)Reply
