Please send a kind word to Editor at Large(speak), who is going through some very hard times right now. I will be away for about a month starting December 20, 2006, possibly earlier depending on stress level.
I love getting new messages, but please follow these guidelines:
1. Please be civil and respect that this ismytalk page. That means avoiding the excessive use of images (barnstars and smileys are fine, within reason), not treating my talk page as your personal chat room, and not altering your comments post facto.
2. Please sign your messages by typing ~~~~ or by using the edit toolbar. The automated signature button is the one to the right of the crossed out "W".
If I feel that a response is needed, I will do my best to reply within 24 hours. If you expect a response and you haven't heard from me, please tell me.
Please understand if I do not respond immediately. Also please be understanding if I do not answer your message in the order that it was received.
I will ordinarily answer on your talk page, unless requested to do otherwise. Thank you!
I too like it. Very clean and retaining all that was there before... Very serene. Your pages are always very caling but you out did yourself this time. LOVE IT! —¡Randfan!16:18, 4 December 2006 (UTC)Reply
I would tell you ow to do the show/hde thing, but I don't know how. You might want to ask Seadog, he seems to have that in use for his userpage. Cheers! —¡Randfan!16:27, 4 December 2006 (UTC)Reply
I have the tRNA picture becuase I like how it looks... But lots of people (actually only oneother :)) have been asking why I have it, so I'll probably remove it. —¡Randfan!16:32, 4 December 2006 (UTC)Reply
I don't think so... I'll try to create an account under the name, if you want me to. I think it's just like another redirect, it goes to another page but is technically a page in its own and therefore can't be duplicated. —¡Randfan!21:45, 5 December 2006 (UTC)Reply
I can't create a user under that name so you are imposter free. Also, in your sig. you can shorten it by making "Kyoko" replace "Tachikoma". —¡Randfan!21:50, 5 December 2006 (UTC)Reply
Oh, sorry... Well maybe you can switch it around...
For some reason, every time I try to remove the picture the list of B-days/Adminship Anniversaries/First Edit Days moves over. Is there any way to keep it where it is and still remove the piture? As you can see if you edit the page,I'mnot the best coder. —¡Randfan!16:54, 4 December 2006 (UTC)Reply

I was thinking the same... So do you want the flower in the background to be traced? And with what colours? Actually, just tell me everything that you want... Cheers and it's your barnstar so we want youto like it! —¡Randfan!21:33, 5 December 2006 (UTC)Reply
The big purple one in the background? It was purple (of course. By the way, do you want it very purpley or slightly or not or somewhere else?)and was remotely star-shaped. I was thinking about that being the star, actually. I don't know if this is a good enough discription so tell me if you want more. Hope your happy by the end and thanks for your comments. —¡Randfan!21:42, 5 December 2006 (UTC)Reply
What kind of border? What colour, I think we shouldn't do purple- it might seem over-used... Maybe light blue or light green? Those are kind of calming and change things around a little. —¡Randfan!21:50, 5 December 2006 (UTC)Reply
Do you want the foilage around it also? You can see a little in the other one. Sorry if I'm sounding hurried, I got to go but will be back on real soon. —¡Randfan!21:52, 5 December 2006 (UTC)Reply
Of course I don't "mind"! I hope you're doing better yourself, and I hope Wikipedia can be a sort of "safe haven" for you if you'd like it to be so — it shouldn't keep reminding you of things you probably want to let go of. Fvasconcellos15:01, 6 December 2006 (UTC)Reply
You can mix and match the styles if you want and I don't know how to lighten the background foliage (but I'll try to find someone who can), so I'll do my best. Next, if you do want to have the star outlined, in what colour?
About your work, I'm truly sorry for you. I really can't respond with any more depth than that because I don't know what it's like. But I imagine it is very hard and I truly do feel for you. I hope things get better very, very soon and if there's anything I can do, I'd be more than happyto assist. —¡Randfan!18:04, 7 December 2006 (UTC)Reply
No, it's no trouble at all, I just have to figure out how :). Maybe I can "age" it or fade it. Seriously, I do hope things get better. —¡Randfan!21:36, 7 December 2006 (UTC)Reply
It would help if I could find someone who was professionally trained to do this, but when I figure it out, I will to the best of my abilities. :). Cheers! —¡Randfan!00:54, 8 December 2006 (UTC)Reply
I think so... Do you want a different border, by the way, or are you 100% happy with this one? Good night (not only as a leaving note from mebut wishing you a nice sleep)! —¡Randfan!01:07, 8 December 2006 (UTC)Reply

Aw, Kyoko, you just made me happy cry! You've Got Mail is my favourite romantic comedy, that brings back memories... heh, I smiled. Improvement, no? Thanks for adding me to the alerts page. I really don't like adding myself, but I haven't been around for a while and I want people to know that I'm not just ignoring them. Again, thanks a bunch. — Editor atLarge(speak)18:04, 8 December 2006 (UTC)Reply
Hey. I just wanted to say thanks for your messages, I really appreciate them. Just please don't worry too much about me; your going back to work is the most important thing right now. Take care of yourself first, please. Just knowing that you're thinking of me helps enormously, and I know that I can e-mail or message you if things get worse.

Bushcarrot has smiled at you! Smiles promote WikiLove and hopefully this one has made your day better. Spread the WikiLove by smiling to someone else, whether it be someone you have had disagreements with in the past or a good friend. Smile at others by adding {{subst:smile}}, {{subst:smile2}} or {{subst:smile3}} to their talk page with a friendly message. Happy editing!

If I may ask, what is the medicine you take that is unavailable in Canada? I'd like to have a job in the arts too, most namely in music, but my parents want me to become a doctor... *sigh* It's not easy being me. (Yes, I know I'm a stalker :P) ♥ Fredil04:06, 10 December 2006 (UTC)Reply
It's beautiful. Quite literally. How do you like my poem? I should be doing work right now, but the website for the webquest is down, so... ♥ Fredil15:06, 10 December 2006 (UTC)Reply

Hey Kyoko, thanks very much for the get well wishes. It seems like we only talk when one of us is ill, which is a shame, because it's great to hear from you. You're always thoughtful and kind with your words, and I would like to thank you for that :) Thanks Kyoko.
Hey again Kyoko, sorry about the late reply :P While I can only speak for myself, you certainly haven't hurt my feelings in putting your thoughts about Esperanza across. I've agreed with quite a bit you've said, and even if I didn't, I think it's best for everyone to say exactly how they feel about things like this. It's the only way things can move forward. All the best for now, Thε HaloΘ23:59, 17 December 2006 (UTC)Reply

Hello, Kyoko, I hope you're feeling O.K. Just dropping you a note to say that you should probably check the edit history of Orfeo - I said something fairly important in an edit summary that you should know if you don't already. It's in caps, so you can't miss it:) Cheers, Moreschi18:40, 13 December 2006 (UTC)Reply
Oh, and your last edit summary at the EA voting page seriously made me crack up. Brilliant! Talk about tentatve...it sounded like "I'm so not sure but I suppose I should..." - LOL! More seriously, it's a fine idea. MFD would never have happened had EA been like that before. Cheers, Moreschi20:44, 15 December 2006 (UTC)Reply
Heh heh, we messaged each other at the same time! I've got no time for slings and arrows either. Give them the Elaragirl civility reminder if it gets really bad...here it is....

Hey Kyoko! I wanted to drop by to wish you all the best during your Wikibreak. I agree most definitely that it will help; right now your personal life is the important thing, and if Wikipedia stress is interfering you need to stay away from it for a while. I hope things go well for you in real life... take care, and let me know how things are going!
I have no idea what to say since my brain is pretty much out of ideas at the moment, so I'll just say what I always say: "What she said." ♥ Fredil02:28, 14 December 2006 (UTC)Reply
Oh, I've participated in the AID, I was just wondering why you would choose that subject. It can't cheer you up any, can it? Still, hope you feel better soon! —¡Randfan!00:52, 16 December 2006 (UTC)Reply

Thanks. I just wanted to do the right thing, and Husnock has had a hard time.... anyway, I'm doing okay, just chatting on IRC, and fiddling with my user page. :D --ElaragirlTalk|Count04:46, 16 December 2006 (UTC)Reply

I dont know (s)he is a friend or not but I will tell him that his/her name violates the polisy. Secondly, I will change the template (sorry I took it without permission, I was just basically copying people's monobooks and I took some of yours. I will take it out). Cheers! —¡Randfan!00:11, 17 December 2006 (UTC)Reply
Also, could you point out to me where the spell check repeating takes place (since you can't edit my monobook, I think....) and tell me how to combine all the Lupin's Popups parts into one without any extra coding? It would be much appreciated. Cheers! —¡Randfan!00:57, 17 December 2006 (UTC)Reply
Yeah, you were right about needing to clear my cache (how could I miss that?). I will change the wording andgive you credit. The only reason why I borrowed it (okay, stole it) was because I thought it was a good idea and I think you're a good person so it made the idea even better. I'm sorry that Itook them without your perission, agian. I hope you will forgive me and that your stress goes away (wow, that was a very bad word choice...). If there's anything I can do for you, just give me a "ring". —¡Randfan!01:48, 17 December 2006 (UTC)Reply
Sorry for bringing it up again, but I just put a great Wikipedia. I'm sorry for everything but also very thankful. Sorry I can't help with the stress. —¡Randfan!03:26, 17 December 2006 (UTC)Reply

Hi, Kyoko! I will put your signature there in spot numero one (your signature is truly one I will treasure). Don't worry about the prize, I'll get you it in a second. Thank you! —¡Randfan!Sign here?22:46, 17 December 2006 (UTC)Reply

I do agree she needs someone to talk to, and as I, apart from you, and to the best of my knowledge, am the only one to know why you're so concerned (she's told me), well, I think I'll be able to fill the void left by you being away for the next month and take good care of her. Enjoy your wikibreak :) Will(Tell me,is something eluding you,Sunshine?)Merry Christmas!10:29, 18 December 2006 (UTC)Reply
Roses are a symbol of love, and more importantly, as a symbol of WikiLove. Love makes the world lovely, and hopefully this rose has brightened your day. Can you find a more exacting source for your addition to List of awareness ribbons? Specifcally, the reference needs to say something to the effect of "PH uses periwinkle ribbons". I briefly looked around the site and couldn't find anything explicit. If you can't, then I'll remove it. Cburnett22:00, 19 December 2006 (UTC)Reply
Thank you. When I first stumbled on that page there were too many ribbons (no way to tell how many were just made up) and since then I've been defensive about any additions that are not well referenced. Thanks again for finding a better reference! Cburnett22:40, 19 December 2006 (UTC)Reply

Hey Kyoko! I saw that you posted a comment on talk page about the date of signers in my autograph book. I saw that just before you mentioned it but had to go offline so I didn't have an opportunity to change it. I was going to change it but someone (probably from this area) already did so. When I did put you guys into the autograph section, Tohru Honda13 (Kyo cat) and King Toadworth already signed so I placed your signature first because I remembered it was the first signature and AndonicO's at the bottom of the list (at the time) because I didn't remember when he signed. —¡Randfan!Sign here?22:08, 19 December 2006 (UTC)Reply
Happy holidays! Hope they're filled with joy and cheer (kind of the same things but with you there it has to be). Don't be surprised to see a Winterval "card" on your return, though! Cheers! —¡Randfan!Sign here?22:40, 19 December 2006 (UTC)Reply
