Thanks for uploading File:Khanbumbat.png. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file has agreed to release it under the given license.

If you are the copyright holder for this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

• make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or

  • when you say it is your own work, I think you mean the annotations and details are your own work, and while that may be true, the base of the map is copyright (of Bing, as you state in the source). In this case the image is not free as it is a derivative work of a copyright image, and cannot therefore be used for Wikipedia. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask on my talk page, I will try to have a look back here as well, but I am not very active lately (I just noticed as I tend to follow some Mongolian topics).
