Mtl1969: I sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding. I did not intend any offense. I will note that, although the press release you sent me is correct, it is not in B&J's press release archive list, making it quite difficult to find. The wording of the message is perhaps a little blunt, but it is a standard Wikipedia template, and is in fact the weakest warning - see the list.
Just for future reference, this sort of note should go on my talk page, not my userpage. Thanks! Fredtheflyingfrog 18:42, 21 May 2007 (UTC)
I sincerely apologize for 'correcting' your edit to the article Ben & Jerry's. I mistook your edit for incorrect information whern it was indeed correct. However, I suggest you update the references on the article so that users won't mistake it for incorrect information. Thanks. Mattl2001 02:50, 27 May 2007 (UTC)
Speedy Deletion Warning
editA tag has been placed on Batignolles, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.
Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. If you plan to expand the article, you can request that administrators wait a while for you to add contextual material. To do this, affix the template {{hangon}}
to the page and state your intention on the article's talk page. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Cymbalta 20:33, 30 May 2007 (UTC)
License tagging for Image:Batignolles.jpg
editThanks for uploading Image:Batignolles.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:
This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 10:06, 3 June 2007 (UTC)
Prayer bump
editA "{{prod}}" template has been added to the article Prayer bump, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but the article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice explains why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may contest the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}}
notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page. Also, please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. Notability of Covalence company
editA tag has been placed on Covalence company, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article appears to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think that you can assert the notability of the subject, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm the subject's notability under Wikipedia guidelines.
For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Jakew 13:58, 24 August 2007 (UTC)
Suharto/Soeharto
editI've reverted your changes. First, you must not make a page move by cutting and pasting (see WP:MOVE). And second, this is a major change and you should probably try to gain consensus for this on Talk:Suharto. -- Flyguy649 talk contribs 20:05, 12 September 2007 (UTC)
- Please discuss first before making moves. No matter what your view is, we are working based on consensus here. — Indon (reply) — 20:07, 12 September 2007 (UTC)
- Becuase the redirect already exists, you have to request the page move at WP:Requested moves. Don't cut and paste again. It is disruptive. -- Flyguy649 talk contribs 20:11, 12 September 2007 (UTC)
- You may ultimately be correct about the page name, but you're looking at a thread from October, 2005. You should try to regauge consensus now. -- Flyguy649 talk contribs 20:13, 12 September 2007 (UTC)

(unindent) Yes I know that and it's years ago and there was no consensus to change the name. Just because you looked at the discussion, it does not mean that you can make the move by yourself. As suggested above by Flyguy649, try to make a new consensus first, though I expect to be useless. — Indon (reply) — 07:58, 13 September 2007 (UTC)
Your recent edits
editHi, there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. On many keyboards, the tilde is entered by holding the Shift key, and pressing the key with the tilde pictured. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. editWelcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but you removed a speedy deletion tag from Banana Pancake Trail, a page you have created yourself. If you do not believe the page should be deleted, you can place a {{hangon}} tag on the page, under the existing speedy deletion tag (please do not remove the speedy deletion tag), and make your case on the page's talk page. Administrators will look at your reasoning before deciding what to do with the page. Thank you. Beeblbrox (talk) 19:53, 24 May 2008 (UTC)
can you guys cut me some slack? i am still typing teh article. pls come back when i am done, ok?
19:54, 24 May 2008 (UTC)
- I added an "under construction" template that will probably stop it from being speedy deleted. Just to be clear, I put the tag back because admins review speedy deletions and, as the above message indicates, speedy deletion tags should not be removed by the article's creator. Good Luck. Disputed fair use rationale for Image:LiptonIceTealogo.jpg}
editThank you for uploading Image:LiptonIceTealogo.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this image under "fair use" may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. This can be corrected by going to the image description page and add or clarify the reason why the image qualifies for fair use. In particular, for each page the image is used on, the image must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Can you please check:
- That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's escription page for each article the image is used in.
- That every article it is used on is linked to from its description page.
Please be aware that a fair use rationale is not the same as an image copyright tag; descriptions for images used under the fair use policy require both a copyright tag and a fair use rationale.
If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it might be deleted by adminstrator within a few days in accordance with our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions, please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. Image copyright problem with File:LIoTLogo.gif
editThanks for uploading File:LIoTLogo.gif. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. Even if you created the image yourself, you still need to release it so Wikipedia can use it. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you made this image yourself, you can use copyright tags like {{PD-self}} (to release all rights), {{self|CC-by-sa-3.0|GFDL}}
(to require that you be credited), or any tag here - just go to the image, click edit, and add one of those. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:
This is an automated notice by STBotI. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. STBotI (talk) 09:00, 23 February 2009 (UTC)

The file File:Batignolles.jpg has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
unused, low-res, no obvious use
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated files}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the file's talk page.
Please consider addressing the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated files}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and files for discussion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
This bot DID NOT nominate any file(s) for deletion; please refer to the page history of each individual file for details. Thanks, FastilyBot (talk) 01:02, 5 May 2020 (UTC)
