Request reason:
Caught by a colocation web host block but this host or IP is not a web host. Ohhannahday (talk) 15:50, 19 January 2015 (UTC)
Decline reason:
The IP address you're using has been blocked, because it acts like a proxy server or cloud computer provider. While we could grant you IP Block Exemption, this would only be done if there was an actual need for you to edit from this IP address. PhilKnight (talk) 16:20, 19 January 2015 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:
I have been creating a page for a notable musician for over a month now, so I believe there is need for me to edit from this address. It was just about to be submitted for review. I am not editing from a proxy server or cloud computer provider.
Decline reason:
Based on the input from the blocking admin as well as some of my own research, it does appear that the ISP you are editing is a colocation webhost. At this time, I don't feel comfortable lifting the block on your IP. Please check to see if you have any proxy settings enabled. If you have them enabled, I would suggest to disabling them temporarily to allow editing. Elockid (Talk) 22:27, 22 January 2015 (UTC)
