Hallo, I see you would like to include some redlinked entries as notable alumni.

You may very well be correct that Balwant Dullat is worthy of a Wikipedia article, but the proof of that is to create the article, and if it survives then a bluelink to that article will be useful. However, IMDB is not a reliable source, and any article that relies on such will most likely be speedily deleted.
