This is your Talk page where you can receive messages from other Wikipedians and discuss things with them. At the end of your messages you must put your signature by signing with four ~~~~ (just as I have done) or by pressing the button in the editor bar as shown here in the picture. By the way, you don't need to sign edits that you make in the articles themselves as those messages will be deleted. Another valuable page that may provide information and assistance is User:Persian Poet Gal/"How-To" Guide to Wikipedia. My name is Buster7. If you have any questions or face any initial hurdles, feel free to contact me on my talk page and I will do what I can to assist or give you guidance and contact information. Good Luck editing!

Hi... first off, thanks for your contributions. I've had to remove some of them because we generally avoid adding external links simply because they exist. A more appropriate use is in the manner that you have used them to reference material and add new information. Please feel free to ask if you have any questions regarding this. --Ckatzchatspy 21:57, 8 June 2012 (UTC)Reply

Please stop adding inappropriate external links to Wikipedia. It is considered spamming and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Because Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, additions of links to Wikipedia will not alter search engine rankings. If you continue spamming, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. OhNoitsJamie Talk

This is your last warning. The next time you insert a spam link, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Persistent spammers may have their websites blacklisted, preventing anyone from linking to them from all Wikimedia sites as well as potentially being penalized by search engines. Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Sharon Hayes (artist), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page East Village (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 11:56, 21 December 2012 (UTC)Reply

File:TedHamm.jpg

edit

Hello, please don't overwrite images with unrelated new ones under the same name. The existing file File:TedHamm.jpg has a license statement and source information on its information page that applies only to that original image but presumably not to your new one. You are welcome to upload a new image and exchange it in the article, but please upload it under a new filename. Fut.Perf. 22:54, 8 January 2013 (UTC)Reply

Possibly unfree File:TedHamm.jpg

edit

A file that you uploaded or altered, File:TedHamm.jpg, has been listed at Wikipedia:Possibly unfree files because its copyright status is unclear or disputed. If the file's copyright status cannot be verified, it may be deleted. You may find more information on the file description page. You are welcome to add comments to its entry at the discussion if you are interested in it not being deleted. Thank you. Stefan2 (talk) 10:19, 8 February 2013 (UTC)Reply

Ralph Bakshi

edit

Please stop adding that text to Ralph Bakshi. I don't know what you're trying to accomplish, but when you use those symbols, the software thinks you are trying to add a template. There is no such template, so you are just adding broken text that doesn't do anything. --Laser brain (talk) 20:00, 6 August 2013 (UTC)Reply

Dear Talk,

I am unclear as to why I have been blocked and why I have been spamming. I have read the policies on spamming and external links and it still remains unclear as to why my edits are considered spamming. Could you please specify what I've been doing wrong?

Thanks RB231 (talk) 19:52, 11 November 2013 (UTC)SaraReply
