- As you mentioned above, I have 99.5% edit summaries. It was just a mistake that I made while leaving a message at User talk:Divy(a)95. There I forgot to leave an edit summary. xtools count only live edits. If you delete the messege that I left at User talk:Divy(a)95, then I shall have 100% edits with summaries. Could I please get the text for PRxPR
I know you just deleted this PRXPR, but please understand that the organization is only 5 weeks old, and has now collected, and is distributing over $700,000 to aid Puerto Rico in recovery from Hurricane Maria. This is not a short-term endeavor, but is expected to last years into the future, with their efforts only growing. There will be more coverage of their efforts forthcoming, and I am hoping we can put this article back and in fact expand upon it a bit further down the road. As such, can I please have the text I had used for the original article? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Jawillia (talk • contribs) 15:22, 15 November 2017 (UTC)

Reflection
Recreation of Man in the Mirror (MCskill ThaPreacha Song). Hi there, hope this meets you well. I think its totally unfair to delete the article for the song Man in the Mirror as it has multiple reliable sources that reviewed the song. I see the reason as the artist not having an article on here. I'm working towards writing one for the subject this coming holidays. This particular one that got deleted should be restored as it meets GNG. — MustaphaNG (talk) 17:05, 16 November 2017 (UTC)
- So do it during these coming holidays then come back and do the article about the song - with a lower case s on song. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 18:00, 18 November 2017 (UTC)
Sigh. Its okay. If I get the subject's article back on. Can this one for the song be restored? Instead of me having to start all over again. Let me know pls. MustaphaNG (talk) 18:48, 18 November 2017 (UTC)

"$uicideboy$ is not a notable music group"
Hi there, I noticed you have deleted and locked the page $uicideboy$ with the reason that the page should not exist because "they are not notable." I ask for you to please open the wikipedia page for members to contribute content about this record-label signed music group with half a million facebook fans and youtube subscribers, 200 million views on youtube, and a world-wide tour. $uicideBoy$ are beyond eligible for an article per A7 standards. Thank you, ChaseF (talk) 04:47, 17 November 2017 (UTC)
- (talk page stalker) @ChaseF: You have fallen into two easily made mistakes when it comes to describing notability here. Firstly, other Wikipedias have other rules (WP:OTHERSTUFFEXISTS), and secondly, the general notability guideline ignores the amount of likes, subscribers or other numerical figures that a subject has. As an example, Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Life of Boris -- this was an article that I created which had about 800k subs on his YouTube channel at the time (now 1m). While I knew that was not valid for supporting its notability (more that the references I used weren't great), the article didn't stand nonetheless. If you really want to try again, I'd recommend using articles for creation. Thanks, My name isnotdave (talk/contribs) 12:47, 17 November 2017 (UTC)
- @My name is not dave: I understand I used the word notability but I wasn't using it per Wikis definition. The page was deleted citing A7 which says no indication of importance, which has a lower standard than notability. $uicideBoy$ are beyond eligible for an article per A7 standards, just as the lesser known at the time, Lil Peep was in January according to Tokyogirl79. ChaseF (talk) 00:50, 18 November 2017 (UTC)
- @My name is not dave: Also, Bones (rapper) is another example of a less significant artist that has a page and $uicideBoy$ are even listed on that page because of Bones' guest appearance on a 2014 $uicideBoy$ album. ChaseF (talk) 02:11, 18 November 2017 (UTC)
- Please make sure you indent your message, by placing one more colon at the start of your message than the previous one. As I said, if you do wish to try again, use AFC, so someone can give you a proper 'yes' or 'no' about whether it should be an article. My name isnotdave (talk/contribs) 09:21, 18 November 2017 (UTC)
- I know it is non-standard but I prefer to give each speaker in a conversation a different level of indent and use that level for each of their speeches. (I am an actor so even one line is a speech.) However since I am happy to let !Dave run this thread I will use his convention. All I have to say is to ask ChaseF: why are you continuing to talk here? Why have you not gone to AfC? — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 18:00, 18 November 2017 (UTC)
- @RHaworth: I'm replying to you because you are the one that closed it and you are the one who is able to restore it. If for some reason you do not wish to hold this group to the same Wikipedias rules and standards according to Wikipedia:Criteria_for_speedy_deletion#A7 as other musicians then you should at least send me the previously submitted wikipedia article content for me to go through an unnecessary exhausting process.
- It has only taken you ten edits to make the request! Text emailed. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 23:56, 19 November 2017 (UTC)

Mechanical redirects
Hi. In the page for Journal of Statistical Mechanics: Theory and Experiment there are two banners at the top of the page, urging to create redirection pages from the journal abbreviation entries, if appropriate. Since the abbreviations are, indeed, appropriate, I had created the suggested redirection pages, following other journals' similar entries, which were then saved as drafts: this one and this one. The pages now state that those drafts were deleted by you, and I don't get the reason (the explanatory link is just too generic). In any case, either those redirects should be allowed, or the banners on the original page should be removed. -- 84.220.84.175 (talk) 16:16, 18 November 2017 (UTC)

Deletion of Nandikolla Gopala Rao
Hello RHaworth Regarding the deletion of the contents ,please note that all the contents were written by the author myself in an urgency in the year 2008 dec , they were only updated by myself as no one knows about the artist till date as i am the great grandson of the artist .so the date of birth and death are found to be wrong ,there has to be lot of changes in the contents including the heading of his name is not Nandikolla Gopala rao .no one ever updated the page since 2008 until and unless myself .so request to delete this page. all the same contents were copied from the wikipedia page to other sites if any . I have created a site called www.gopalarao.com , which i closed .I am sorry to give you trouble on this regard . this page can never be updated and there is no source of information you can ever get .so all i wanted is to delete this page ,as we cannot give or keep wrong information on wikipedia .Thank you
Please note , the article was created by the author myself in december 2008 , He is my Great grand father from india . i created page because no one knows about him . when i made a page in wikipedia under the name Nandikolla Gopala rao . during these years until 2017 , all the content which i wrote was copied from wikipedia . including the photos have been updated by myself in wikipedia . the reason for the deletion is that i have to rename the title of the page to N. Gopala Row .including his date of birth are wrong and death also wrong . if you have any doubts ,you can see all the sources and sites will have the same content what i have written on wikipedia . No one in India even ever know that such a artist lived in India. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Surya arjun (talk • contribs) 07:08, 22 November 2017 (UTC)

Fraser Black sandox for Stuart Chait
Hi there, Thanks for your feedback on the entry for Stuart Chait. I note the reasons for deletion. Do you mind giving me one of two pointers that can help me get this entry published? What do I specifically need to do? I did add web references which are from respected online sources i.e. Forbes.com. (Please google "Stuart Chait"{ and you will see that he is indeed a notable businessman in Africa.) I look forward to your advice on how to get this entry published. Thanks! Fraser Fraser black (talk) 11:57, 22 November 2017 (UTC)
- Fraser black Looking in, I'll note that our standards have drastically changed than to accept any information and sources on an article alone since, like this one, it was instead primarily based in announcements and notices therefore it couldn't outweigh the need of removing it. Instead, the best approach is using only the best major independent news uninvolved to public relations. SwisterTwister talk 15:45, 22 November 2017 (UTC)
- You did some edits before you wrote the article but they clearly taught you nothing. Your piece was unencyclopedic in tone and you had made absolutely no attempt to format it according to standards. Kindly have the decency to wait until someone with no CoI thinks the guy is notable and writes about him here. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 13:26, 23 November 2017 (UTC)
Thanks for your feedback. Do you mind if I have one last attempt by rewriting the entry so that its encyclopedic in its tone and formatted according to standards? Thanks Fraser Fraser black (talk) 10:38, 30 November 2017 (UTC)
- Fraser Fraser black, currently there is nothing stopping you doing so. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 23:08, 3 December 2017 (UTC)
List of Shortland Street characters (2016)
Hi RHaworth, at the moment I have been working on Shortland Street articles and cleaning them up form the great mess of that they are. Un-experienced wiki editors have been editing the articles of the long-running soap opera. I edit these articles against the wiki-project WP:SOAPS rules. Upon my cleanup of these articles I have seen that you have deleted List of Shortland Street characters (2016). I can understand your reasoning for doing this, as at the time, the articles may have been under sourced and complete with very little information. One of your reasons of doing this was because it covered an existing topic Current Shortland Street characters, to clarify, this is not a duplicate topic, it is a brief list of characters on the show that are currently on it, it displays links to the characters main pages and links to lists like List of Shortland Street characters (2016) so that readers can easily identify who is on the show and access these links to find out more about the individual character. These types of lists are standard for soap operas such as List of Neighbours characters (2016) where an article is made every year and characters storylines are written and extra info about them. These lists are made per WP:SOAPS. I am asking you to please re-instate the existence of the article by inserting possible archives of this page back into it so that I can start to expand the topic and make it into a notable list. Thanks Hatio93 8:17, 26 November 2017 (UTC).
- All you needed to say was "please restore, no longer duplicates current list". Restored. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 13:34, 26 November 2017 (UTC)

Gogo Charters page deletion help
Hi Roger, I see that you deleted our Gogo Charters wikipedia page. If I understand correctly our page was deleted for reason G8 which is "Pages dependent on a non-existent or deleted page." Would you be kind enough to provide more details on the deletion so we can understand how to fix the problem? We are admittedly Wikipedia dilettantes and would appreciate learning from you how to create a compliant page. Thank you, Merrick Mlevy1010 (talk) 19:41, 27 November 2017 (UTC)
- A syndrome that I see from time to time: someone with a COI turns a perfectly good article into spam and causes it to be deleted. Will you and Evieshofur (talk · contribs) kindly have the decency to leave it to people who have no COI and know Wikipedia standards to maintain the article. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 12:57, 28 November 2017 (UTC)
- Roger, this is Evie. What I was trying to do was move the content of the page Gogo Charters to the correctly-titled page GOGO Charters. I tried to do that by creating a new page, transferring the content, and setting up a redirect. I didn't realize this would cause an issue, my apologies for that.
- We would like our branding to remain consistent across Wikipedia. If someone doesn't correct the capitalization, external parties will not be able to cite our page in bus-related Wiki articles. Please restore the scholarship section on the page and change the title to GOGO Charters. Thanks. Evieshofur (talk) 16:07, 29 November 2017 (UTC)

Pablo Carreno
I provided a biography on Wikipedia for expressionist artist, Pablo Carreno, many years ago. In September of 2017 it was deleted "under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from facebook.com/pablocarrenoart/about." If that biography of Pablo Carreno is posted anywhere on the internet, it's a copy of my words. My original Pablo Carreno article page was uploaded onto wikipedia, I believe, around 2009. That was the same time I uploaded it onto the website I had created, www.pablocarreno.com (now defunct). *I* wrote every word of the biography. The facebook page to which you refer was put up in 2014. Please restore my original Pablo Carreno entry. Thank you, Goodepress (talk) 16:14, 29 November 2017 (UTC)

Deleted user page for Sethmasia?
Hello, RHaworth, I'm Seth Masia. You recently deleted my user page Sethmasia. I'd like to reinstate the page. I've been helping to maintain and upgrade Wikipedia pages since January of 2007. My special expertise is skiing and the history of skiing, and I review pages related to the subject regularly in my capacity as president of the nonprofit quasi-academic group International Skiing History Association. Typically, as new research is published in our journal, I use newly acquired knowledge to update, correct and revise existing articles and to improve the references within articles. My user page should explain this role to other authors, researchers and to readers in general, along with the reasons I claim authoritative knowledge of the subject. Please let me know what I can do to rewrite, reinstate and avoid its deletion in future. Cheers -- Sethmasia (talk) 00:34, 1 December 2017 (UTC) Seth Masia Vail, Colorado
- Seth, ten years contributing and you still have not learnt how to create a wikilink! Your user page was a disgusting, blatant example of a fake article - written in the third person and not a word about what you do on Wikipedia. Study a few user pages of established users and imitate their style (if you can). — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 23:08, 3 December 2017 (UTC)
Hello, I've noticed that you've draftified User:Cohayon/sandbox and submitted it to AfC. However, the authors appear to be creating the page as part of their education program, and it's common and encouraged that student editors bypass AfC. I think it's best to move the article to Academic Motivation Scale, and then tag it appropriately thereafter. Thanks. Darylgolden(talk) Ping when replying 02:00, 1 December 2017 (UTC)
- Darylgolden, bypass AfC, if it really is policy, is misguided. We know from experience that a significant proportion of student articles are going to be deleted. Speedy deletion is a pretty brutal process and likely to be demoralising to a newbie. AfD is not much better. AfC reviewers tend to be more gentle and, more importantly, even if rejected at AfC, an article stands a very good chance of staying there for six months, giving the student's supervisor a chance to assess it. And it provides better feed back to the supervisor of what goes on Wikipedia - useful since some supervisors have little more idea of Wikipedia than their students. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 23:40, 3 December 2017 (UTC)

Deleted Article
Hi, RHaworth. I hope this finds you well. Draft:TriPoint Global Equities. I'm not sure why this article was selected for speedy deletion, other than I've been informed it's "unabmiguously promotional," damnation indeed and I absolutely do not agree. TriPoint Global Equities is a NY-based investment bank, and the entry I prepared for the company isn't promotional, sales-oriented, larded with hyperbolic praise for its services or team members, etc. - it's perfectly in line, in my opinion, with other descriptions on Wikipedia of other agencies, banks and corporate entities. I don't need you to return the text to me, as I have it in Word, but I would like to be able to post this article. What do I need to do to make this possible? Please let me know. Have a blissful evening, David — Preceding unsigned comment added by Porter1306 (talk • contribs) 23:15, 4 December 2017 (UTC)

Inquiry of deleting our draft Wiki Page
Dear RHaworth, We are trying to make a Wikipedia page of doppler optical coherence tomography for a Project assignment from our Professor, and we set up a Wikipedia Draft page. We were still writing it when we found out that it was deleted with copyright issues. Is it possible that we refer to the books you linked below and make citations? Or how can we fix this problem? Thank you! Thank you. Best — Preceding unsigned comment added by Vvvany (talk • contribs) 00:37, 6 December 2017 (UTC)
- Writing in the first person plural is liable to get your account blocked for being a group account. Your latest effort seems to be an improvement. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 20:07, 6 December 2017 (UTC)
Strabismus
Hello, My page The International Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus Council was deleted by you due to promotional value. Can you explain this to me? The page is only drafted to notify the audience that this group exists. What changes can I make to the page, so that it does not violate this rule? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Iposc2013 (talk • contribs) 16:06, 6 December 2017 (UTC)

- (talk page stalker) It's perfectly acceptable for COI editors to create articles in draft space and submit them via AFC. I think that workflow is built into Wikipedia:Article wizard also. In fact, that's the only viable venue that COI editors have.... and some of them are capable of contributing a decent article if given the chance. Recommending AFC would be better advice, in my opinion. ~Anachronist (talk) 00:52, 7 December 2017 (UTC)
- In fact it was in draft space - I got the link wrong. So Iposc2013, put me to shame: create a well referenced, non-spammy article about your organisation. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 14:06, 8 December 2017 (UTC)
CSHN Murthy
User:CSHN Murthy -- please restore it at the earliest. Dear Editor, I have deleted my user page on a vexation from editorial interference from other editors who put three of my articles to speedy deletion all of a sudden without giving me an opportunity to discuss and remedy it. In fact these article were put on Wikipedia as far back as in April and September and were edited by a number of other editors before. Yet they were there for long. But it so happened that I questioned some editors for their deleting a story I had written on Nanduri Sambasiva Rao. The discussion went on mutually contesting for over several hours. Suddenly several other editors entered the fray of discussion and unleashed threats of blocking etc. Then fed up by these arguments, and the manner they were suddenly deleted, I posted the deletion of my user page. Kindly restore it as I wish to complete the editing of these deleted articles which I requested to be sent back to draft space. I wish to continue to complete this task. Please help restore immediately. — CSHN Murthy (talk) 16:28, 6 December 2017 (UTC)
- Restored. Although it was written in the first person, it was still too close to a fake article - not a word about what you do on Wikipedia. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 20:29, 6 December 2017 (UTC)
Tahir Javed
Tahir Javed should not be speedily deleted because... (Its important because he is a public figure and is running for congressional election in the United States. I have given all the required references, if there is anything more required please point me in the right direction to fix this.) -- Nadeembuilds (talk) 18:08, 6 December 2017 (UTC)
Recovering the content of KEVI Steel
Hello RHaworth, Would it be possible if I could have the deleted page old's content for KEVI Steel, as I would like to include some of this content on the main school page. Thanks, Wpgbrown (talk) 11:22, 7 December 2017 (UTC)
- There is no @ in my user name. Don't invent categories - find relevant existing ones. Restored to draft:KEVI Steel. Probably not notable enough but if you can find better references, the article might stick. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 14:06, 8 December 2017 (UTC)
Farraday
Hi R...not sure if im doing this right, forgive me if I'm not. but, could you please take a look at my talkpage im trying to publish (like ive been trying forever) I just revised it...cheers. — Charles C Anderson (talk) 02:52, 8 December 2017 (UTC)
- I have fixed your talkpage. It occurs to me that you are possibly asking for advice on draft:P. F. Farraday. My usual mantra applies: kindly have the decency to wait until someone with no CoI thinks the guy is notable and writes about him here. But for some reason I am feeling charitable so I will say a bit more. Learn wiki markup - wtf are these Jump up^s in your draft? There are lots of "self-congratulatory" awards about and you have mentioned not less than three of them: IAA, Golden Writer and International Book. Citing an award usually counts for nothing here unless we have an article about the award itself. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 14:06, 8 December 2017 (UTC)
Smokefree Coalition retry
Hi RHaworth, just letting you know I am having anther go at creating a page for the Smokefree Coalition but this time in my draft space. You originally deleted the page. I have also completed a paid declaration. I am an independent contractor hoping to create an informative but neutral page about the Smokefree Coalition. — Zorncat (talk) 20:25, 10 December 2017 (UTC)
Advice for deleted article - Roshan Doug
Hello, The page I created - Roshan Doug - was flagged for speedy deletion and quickly dealt with by yourself. The main cause for concern seems to be that the article is viewed as 'Promotional Material'. I have tried to address this issue and present the information from a neutral viewpoint, but this issue still seems to stand. Whilst the article does not aim to sell anything, perhaps it is the language used that is providing this impression? If you would be so kind, would you be able to provide some feedback on what you believe the main issues are with the article, and some recommendations for adapting the writing styles to allow for a successful publication. Regards. Kandeshop (talk) 16:16, 11 December 2017 (UTC)

Physical Fitness Deletion
Hello, I recently posted an article about the topic of physical fitness. In my college course, we were required to create a Wikipedia article. Could you please retrieve the article, and send it back to me so I have proof to my professor of what I typed up? Thanks. I understand why you deleted my entry. However, I retrieved my information from a government document and cited it properly. Someone just had created a website that holds the same information in it, which most likely came from the document I used. Thank you for the realization. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Shaaaaaaaaaay (talk • contribs) 20:57, 11 December 2017 (UTC)

Digital Dynamics
Hi Roger, Sorry to troubled you. I wonder if you can help me. Firstly apologies in regards to the wikilink to the article. I can't understand how all trace of my Digital Dynamics page name has disappeared. My Digital Dynamics page was removed back in June.... ... and I was wondering if by any chance if you could retrieve it? I am the author of the OBASHI page and wanted to expand the explanation for a part of the OBASHI Methodology. It's called Digital Dynamics. It's a bit like the pages on Thermodynamics where by there are multiple strands to the science and they are covered across multiple wiki pages. I was declined on my first submission as I didn't explain this to the reviewer. But would now like to try again. I didn't realise there was a time limit on the page. Any advice would be greatly appreciated Roger. Kind regards, Fergus Cloughley (talk) 23:48, 13 December 2017 (UTC)
- The reason you can find no trace is because Digital Dynamics and digital dynamics have never existed. Drafts abandoned for more than six months do get deleted. Someone has restored User:Fergus Cloughley/sandbox. But it would be much better if you would kindly have the decency to wait until someone with no CoI thinks your methodology is notable and writes about it here. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 14:28, 14 December 2017 (UTC)
Swat Kohistan
As was predicted by people who live there the Swat Kohistan area is being proposed for the status of a self governing area. Unfortunately the article has been removed by someone ignorant of local, provincial or Pakistani federal politics and who does not live in the area. Please restore the text so that it can be updated. — RichardBond (talk) 00:28, 14 December 2017 (UTC)
- Nothing to do with ignorance! The article was deleted because its entire content was "Category: Swat Kohistan" - without even [[]] . Start again via AfC. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 14:28, 14 December 2017 (UTC)

Hi Roger, How are you? My name is Clare Cunningham. My page, Clare Cunningham (musician) was deleted on December 4th and I am just inquiring as to why this was and if it can be put back online? Thank you so much. Clare. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Clare Cunningham 1986 (talk • contribs) 23:16, 14 December 2017 (UTC)
- Count yourself very lucky. People who say "inquiring as to why" usually get told "read this" and nothing else. Also, you obviously qualify to hear my "kindly" mantra - scan this page for "kindly". If you had actually bothered to read the deletion log entry, you would have seen the deletion reason: "G5: Created by a banned or blocked user (LogAntiLog) in violation of ban or block". Now the creator, Sobjaknova (talk · contribs) is one of a massive list of sock puppets and I note them being tarred with accusations of undeclared paid editing. So there is a suspicion that you paid for for the article to be created. On the other hand, I disagree with G5 - if an article is valid, what does it matter who created it? I have restored the article to draft:Clare Cunningham (musician). — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 00:06, 16 December 2017 (UTC)
Hi there Roger, Hope this finds you well. I was in contact with the admin panel and from what I can gather a page of mine was deleted by yourself. Is this being put back up as I think it is in the process part of being so? Thank you so much, Clare. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Clare Cunningham (talk • contribs) 19:47, 18 December 2017 (UTC)
- Clare, OK, I won't even call you a newbie editor, just a visitor. But I still expect you to realise that when people leave messages here, I usually reply here. I try to do so within 24 hours. Apologies, I was a bit outside that limit. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 20:52, 18 December 2017 (UTC)
So sorry, yes now I see that (i've never used these talk pages before my apologies) Thank you so much Roger for your response and hopefully it gets reviewed soon and put back :) Merry Christmas and thanks again :) — Preceding unsigned comment added by Clare Cunningham (talk • contribs) 22:22, 18 December 2017 (UTC)
Tayanna is one of the most famous stars in Ukraine. She has wiki pages in Ukrainian, Polish, Russian, and Italian. Google gives about 1,180,000 results on her. Tayanna won M1 Music Awards (the most important music award in the country) as Breakthrough of the Year. She has 2 studio albums and currently, she's the preferable representative of Ukraine in the Eurovision Song Contest 2018. You should search the information about person before you delete their page. — Preceding unsigned comment added by EricLewan (talk • contribs) 14:01, 15 December 2017 (UTC)
- Restored to draft:Tayanna. Now it is up to you to turn it into a proper article. But if you shout her name even once, I shall zap the draft and protect the mainspace titles. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 00:06, 16 December 2017 (UTC)
You protected this article from being re-created but the title was slightly altered to bypass your move. I can not see the prior versions; is Ski Mask still an A7? If he is not, can you life the protection so I can move the article title?— TheGracefulSlick (talk) 21:13, 15 December 2017 (UTC)
- Ski Mask The Slump God has never been protected. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 00:06, 16 December 2017 (UTC)
Yes but Ski Mask the Slump God has been protected. That was the focus of my question. I was hoping to move the title to that location if it no longer falls under speedy criteria but it needs to be unprotected first. — TheGracefulSlick (talk) 00:11, 16 December 2017 (UTC)
- So why did you link twice to the version with a capital T and not at all to Ski Mask the Slump God. I have moved it for you. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 15:56, 18 December 2017 (UTC)
Restore Deleted Draft
Sir, you deleted Draft:ECO - Strange Loop Games can you please restore the draft? I am working with the company/personnel to meet Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission requirements. They have asked for help in building their internet footprint and I have been a very active member in the development of the game to help education and enjoyment of children around the world. this was not an attempt to use copyright material, but i see that i did not take the proper steps and will address what i need to do. thank you for your time. ‐ Stormoffires (talk) 01:03, 16 December 2017 (UTC)
- The draft was a copyvio so cannot be restored. Start again, from scratch with a version in your own words and make sure you make proper paid editing declarations. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 15:56, 18 December 2017 (UTC)
Please unsalt Hitchslap
I see that you deleted hitchslap shortly after Christopher Hitchens died. Perhaps that was the right call at the time, but the phrase is not going away. It seems to come up almost every time Hitchens is mentioned, and that doesn't just mean YouTube and Reddit. There are articles too. This should really be a redirect. — Connor Behan (talk) 07:55, 16 December 2017 (UTC)
- So, define the term within his bio. Wait a week to see if your edit sticks then come back to me. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 15:56, 18 December 2017 (UTC)
Article deletion
Could you explain your deletion of .hack//G.U. Last Recode? It does not have a single contributor, doesn't meet any CSD rationales, nor has it been to AFD. The rationale was that you were the creator but I don't see that. -- ferret (talk) 13:16, 16 December 2017 (UTC)
- (talk page watcher) It was tagged as G7, without specifying that rationale, by the article creator User:Iftekharahmed96 who wrote almost all of the content. Jo-Jo Eumerus (talk, contributions) 14:15, 17 December 2017 (UTC)
- Technically, I didn't even write most of it, I just copied and modified a lot of content from .hack//G.U., plus, there was nobody who made the effort to update the article. The game has been released for a while now. ferret, you can re-create the article if you wish, but in my opinion, there was nobody willing to make the remaster compilation any different from the series article. — Iftekharahmed96 (talk) 14:37, 17 December 2017 (UTC)
- As of now, it's a re-direct to the .hack//G.U. article. Iftekharahmed96 (talk) 14:46, 17 December 2017 (UTC)
Alright, though I'd have said just redirect it in the first place. -- ferret (talk) 15:11, 17 December 2017 (UTC)
- I will admit the deletion log entry was a bit confusing I should have prefixed it with 'Iftekharahmed96 claims: "…'. Text restored to stop people ferreting about. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 15:56, 18 December 2017 (UTC)
