If this is the actual Rob Dibble, you might have much greater success emailing the Wikimedia Foundation directly with any concerns you may have with the article. Edit-warring and deleting content without discussion and explanation is not going to work well. You can find more information here, including a link to the info-en-q@wikimedia.org email address. It would benefit everyone if you could confirm your identity to the WMF as well, that way we can be sure to take any considerations regarding your article very seriously, particularly in regard to our biographies of living persons policies.
