Hey
editJust wanted to say that it's admirable that you've been nice throughout pretty much your entire tenure in the spoiler tag discussion. While I still find your admirable compassion misplaced here (as was my own for quite some time), I respect how you've conducted yourself on the issue. You've been nicer than most everyone. That, of course, includes me. Ryu Kaze 23:54, 4 August 2006 (UTC)
- Well, thank you, Robbie. I appreciate your kindness. I still insist that I've not been as nice as I could have — and, perhaps, should have — been, but I graciously accept your compliment. Hopefully this discussion of spoiler tags is pretty much over with now anyway and we can all put our focus on building the encyclopedia. There's not been a lot of discussion lately over on Wikipedia talk:Spoiler warning/guidelines since I suggested that we just get back to the case-by-case basis that used to be used.
- Anyway, I certainly echo your sentiments of respecting how you've behaved, though I still say you've handled yourself better than most anyone did. I don't really feel like I've conducted myself respectably beyond focusing so intently upon what I believe would maintain the integrity of our work. Anyway, thanks again. You take care of yourself. See you around. Ryu Kaze 15:33, 12 August 2006 (UTC)

Items in Rayman games
editA proposed deletion template has been added to the article Items in Rayman games, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}}
notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page. Also, please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. If you agree with the deletion of the article, and you are the only person who has made substantial edits to the page, please add {{db-author}}
to the top of Items in Rayman games. Judgesurreal777 (talk) 22:05, 25 January 2008 (UTC)
- No, that's fine; it was created prior to the changing of the notability guidelines for fiction. Thanks for the heads up though. RobbieG (talk) 22:46, 1 February 2008 (UTC)
Red Dwarf peer review
editHi there. The Red Dwarf article has just been requested for a Peer Review. As an interested editor of the article I was wondering if you would like to join in on the discussions. As you will be aware, the article has gone through some major changes in the last few months, and it would be fantastic if a prominent editor/contributor like yourself, could head over and give some sound opinion and ideas on improvements for the page. If you are interested in joining the peer review discussion with other prominent users/contributors, much like yourself, please follow the link. Thank you very much for your help and your continued effort to improve Wikipedia and its quality! Wikipedia:Peer review/Red Dwarf --Nreive (talk) 11:40, 5 February 2008 (UTC)
Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
