You should wait for others to write an article about subjects in which you are personally involved. This applies to articles about you, your achievements, your band, your business, your publications, your website, your relatives, and any other possible conflict of interest.
Creating an article about yourself is strongly discouraged. If you create such an article, it might be listed on articles for deletion. Deletion is not certain, but many feel strongly that you should not start articles about yourself. This is because independent creation encourages independent validation of both significance and verifiability. This is my second attempt to add this information. Many companies are listed through Wikipedia. I am simply trying to provide information. Weatherford, Halliburton, Schlumberger, EnCana, Royal Dutch Shell, etc. etc. etc. I actually based my second submission on the format of these other pages. Please explain?

Yes, you are correct that the reason you are blocked is that you ignored all warnings to stop creating advertisements for your company. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, and not a forum for advertising. It is true that Wikipedia has an article about Halliburton, but that article is well sourced by multiple reliable independent sources and written by people who are not Halliburton employees.
