More TODOs

• Provide (optionally?) a special message for the anchor "Dubious" (see Template:Dubious), advising the user to create a discussion section if there is none (contra: unnecessary bloat, if we want to promote the use of this script outside en.wp)
• Make the logic that sets warningLink user-configurable, to make the script more useful on wikis that don't provide archive search boxes
• Move all TODO comments from the code to this talk page
• This needs an option to use mw.util.jsMessage
• Add the offending anchor to all "/Archive" wikilinks found within the page (done, but should probably add an option to make this run manually on a portlet link or similar, if needed for compatibility with other scripts)
