User talk:Splarka/ajaxrecentchanges.js

I would like to use this on a localized german wiki. maybe i could do teh localisation myself, but i dont understand how it works. A .js is one thing, but how do you tell MW where to use it? My question may be rather stupid, but i simply dont understand it. Regards Christian
