Thanks, yes that would be an acceptable source for the census data. Please also note that you also made some other changes (like the mention of a leisure center built in 2022), for which you did not add any sources, so please also find reliable sources before re-adding those changes as well.

You can follow the guidance below to make an unblock request now that your username is changed, but also please be aware that if you are part of the Swanley Town council, you are still subject to wikipedias conflict of interest policies and may have to disclose such in your edits and your user page.
